If our opponents don't have tax bases, which is increasingly the case, then they can't wage violent struggle.
We need to encourage White flight, direct it, and take advantage of it, so as to reduce our opponents tax bases, and thus reduce their capacity to wage war.
Municipal level is currently the only level we can wage struggle at, and that level is the most strategic and crucial, since it determines the quality of life of of every person in the municipality. Infrastructure, safety, health, economy, water, energy, food, housing, transport all depend upon it.
Provincial, state and imperial politicians depend upon their political constituencies, which live in the municipalities. Without their political constituencies, and without control of municipalities, the current crop of national politicians cease to exist.
Without taxes being forwarded, the state and federal governments cease to exist.
4000 VNN'ers cannot wage violent struggle, so talk of armies and waging violent struggle is just that, talk.
We can gain control of tax bases and municipalities, gain political power and rise to become the governments. Tens of thousands of people do, every year, in the normal course of events, without any fuss.
What 4000 VNN'ers can do is like everyone else rise to:
1) lead NGO's
2) lead political branches and constituencies
3) lead municipalities
If we can do that, then we can consider leading states.
If we cannot accomplish that, then we are certainly not going to accomplish our goals.
