President Pardons Skinhead Who Killed His Friend Milo Crnjak beat up Tomislav Krmek when he was 16 years old, wit a 2.3 blood alcohol level.
Croatian President Stipe Mesic pardoned Milo Crnjak who beat up his 27-year-old friend Tomislav Krmek to death in 2004.
Crnjak was a skinhead sentenced to seven years in prison. President Mesic reduced his sentence by six months.
Crnjak previously socialised with his victim and on the fateful night, he bludgeoned him to death with a blunt object, inflicting several blows which resulted in death. The police caught him and tried to stop him, but the blows were fatal.
Milo Crnjak was 16 at the time of the crime and he was intoxicated with alcohol, measuring 2.3 blood alcohol level. He will be released in a year and a half.
