I think it's a rare jew that would stand on a corner selling its younger siblings. Jews just don't go in for these "i gotta get a little cash RIGHT NOW" sort of crimes that would gain them little and run a high risk of punishment or embarrassment of their group.
A jew would find a way to squeeze something from this, while not endangering himself. Sell condoms on the main roads leading into this area. Start a motel with hourly rates. Start up porno shops in the area with high proportion of "young"(but still legal) porn.
If those activities sparked local protest and brought too much attention on them, they would back off by another degree of separation.
I don't know a lot about prostitution, but there's probably a lot of abstract, legally safe ways to profit from something even as legally and socially dangerous as child prostitution. You'll find the jews on those ways. Not on the streets.
