Better yet, hang them in town square and let them rot there for a few weeks. That should be enough to rid a sick fucks mind of those thoughts for a while. These bastards know they can do that shit and get away with it. Several years ago where I live there was a Dr. convicted of I believe over 100 counts of molestation dating back to the fifties and that prick got out in a few months with shock probation.
