That he did. Lyne actually knows what he's talking about, though, and he's worth a look if a copy is nearby.

Lyne was an Ayn Rand objectivist who observed UFOs very early on (he's a New Mexican) and he noted the gulf between official statements and what he was seeing. He took extensive notes and studied a lot.

He notes that the CIA nearly destroyed him when he tried to go public at first. Sound familiar? When Trevor James Constable offered his evidence for what UFOs really were in 1975, the printing plant burned down!

Whether or not there is a Tesla connection remains the sticking point with lots of people who have seen the reality behind the Hollywood. In the opinion of more than a couple, Germany was capable of the stuff Lyne describes without any need of Tesla's notes.

However, Tesla is a subject for specialists too, since much of his work is now classified.

UFOs cover a deliberate area of security state malfeasance, as Jim Marrs has noted. When one agency of the US government manages to loose 2 billion dollars in a year without civilian oversight, it's clear something is going on the chiefs don't want us to know.

Till Washington tells the truth, I'm assuming people like Bill Lyne are at least part-right.
