They're "investigating" (i.e. figuring out if they can trump up charges) because they got word there was a White man in Toledo who didn't go quietly into the night and allow his daughter to be punked out to every nigger from Cincinatti to Detroit. Apparently the Jew-mindwashing didn't "take" with this guy and they have to see if harsher measures are necessary.
