I'll point out something that Semitic Controversies did not note, and that is "jew" is only pronounced with the "dzh" sound in English and Italic languages. An eastern language like Georgian would probably use the "y" sound for a direct Georgianization of jew/yehud, since other all eastern languages do, whether Arabic, Russian, Greek, Armenian, or Assyrian.
Right, it's also worth mentioning that the full original name, Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili, from Georgian is this (in Georgian writing):

იოსებ ბესარიონის ძე ჯუღაშვილი

So this last part is what matters: ჯუღაშვილი

But if you translate Jew to Georgian, it's this: ებრაელი

Son: შვილი

Jewish: ებრაული

Son of a Jew: შვილი ებრაელი

Jew Son: ებრაელი შვილი

Jewish Son: ებრაელი ძე

You can see differences in the letters, so that alone should be enough to tell someone that the "Son of a Jew" translation is wrong. The "son" part was the only correct translation, the other part is unclear but it is not "Jew" or "Jewish".
