I use download helper too but a lot of sites are screwing around with the flash players so you can't grab it so easy. In those cases I use a screen grabber (snapx on the Mac) that saves it as a large quicktime video. The video of the niggers was about 750MB. I then export it to a smaller mp4 file, about 20MB in this case, and then upload it to podblanc which converts it to flash.
