Police arrest negro in killing of man at Atlanta supermarket

Wilmington negro pleads guilty to stabbing death
 03/12/2015 WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A Wilmington man pleaded guilty to a stabbing death that happened in 2012. Anthony Leon Harris, 26, entered a plea of guilty Thursday in the second degree murder of 43 year old Timothy Chinn. Harris was at a home in Market North Apartments on October 9, 2012 when Chinn came to the door. An altercation ensued where Mr. Chinn wielded a baseball bat and Harris stabbed Mr. Chinn 14 times. Two minor children, a nine-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy, unrelated to both the defendant and victim, were sleeping in a bedroom down the hall. The children were woken up by the fight, and they witnessed the stabbing at the end of the altercation. A mob of protesters who charged through Cape Town city centre yesterday mugged a bystander, looted vendors' stalls and vandalised property. Hundreds of members of Ses'Khona, known as the "poo protesters", marched to the Western Cape legislature to demand that grievances about a lack of housing delivery be heard. Ses'Khona leader Andile Lili urged the crowd to mobilise in townships and return to the city centre with 300000 people. In St George's Mall, a man who had bought coffee was caught up in the melee and assaulted by a man believed to be a protester. The attack was seen by The Times photographer Esa Alexander. "When the protesters came, the man with the coffee tried to run away. They got hold of him and pulled at his bag," he said. "The man fought back and when one of the attackers pulled his bag out of his hand the victim fell to the ground. The thief ran into the crowd before the guy could get back up. It was chaos." The protesters looted informal traders and took iron rods from stalls. They attacked bystanders, but dispersed when they were chased by police. Police Captain FC van Wyk said one man had been arrested for possession of stolen goods from a vendor.  Mar 12, 2015 ST. STEPHEN, S.C. (WCIV) -- Two men were arrested for stealing pesticide and now one of them faces involuntary manslaughter charges after someone accidentally drank it. Kenneth M. Beauford, 56 and 40-year-old Damon Lamonte Kelly were arrested on February 27 by agents from the South Carolina Department of Pesticide Regulation. Investigators said that last June, Kelly stole Gramoxone, a restricted use herbicide and stored it in soft drink bottles labeled as Pepsi. Gramoxone contains the extremely poisonous chemical, paraquat. Officials said he then sold the bottles to two people in St. Stephen where John Hattel mistook the herbicide for a soda and drank it. MetroLink assault victim speaks out; suspects caught on surveillance
ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – An investigation is underway after cell phone video showed a man being beaten while riding the MetroLink Monday night. According to the 43-year-old victim, a man in his early 20's asked to use his cell phone. When the victim declined to let the suspect use his cell phone, the suspect sat next to him and asked what he thought about the “Mike Brown situation.” When the victim responded that he had not thought much about it, the suspect began punching him in the face, according to the police report. "I think it was disgusting that no one [helped]," the victim said. "People were sort of laughing and smiling about it. No one offered to help and no one attempted to call 911." Video surveillance of the incident showed two other men participated in the assault, police said. When the MetroLink stopped at the Forest Park station, a security officer boarded the train and saw the assault taking place. The suspects left the MetroLink and the security guard notified police of the incident. Following the assault, the victim complained of pain to his face. He also had a laceration on his nose and bruising on his face and forehead. According to police, the victim declined to receive medical attention at the scene. Cell phone video posted to Facebook. The video is graphic and tough to watch. News 4 spoke with Metro Spokeswoman Diane Williams who said "MetroLink is safe."  March 26, 2015 Public defender Ellen Fottman, in a brief filed Monday, cites several instances in which she says the trial court erred in Domionte S. Cheatum’s case. Flottman argues the mistakes at trial, presided over by Boone County Circuit Judge Christine Carpenter, violated Cheatum’s right to due process and right to avoid self-incrimination and prejudiced the jury against him. A jury of eight women and four men found Cheatum guilty of second-degree murder, armed criminal action and first-degree robbery after a two-day trial. On that Metrolink attack in St. Louis just wanted to add this.
It was nearly 10 years ago, but some folks may remember that this was the exact same train system, Metrolink St. Louis, that pulled advertisements that were paid for by the National Alliance. This happened the same month I joined the NA back in 2005. They called the NA's philosophy offensive, and what would they call rampaging, chimping-out Negroes using their service? Always nice to see the system revealed in such a way as this, they opposed and banned ads from an organization that was promising that diversity and the multicult would only lead to incidents like this, not to mention the riots that took place.

VENICE (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public’s help Friday to locate two men accused of using a skateboard to attack a woman in Venice. The assault occurred around 9 p.m. Thursday at the Venice Beach Skate Park, located near Pacific and Windward avenues, according to police. A woman recorded the assault on her cellphone and turned it into police. Her friend, Laura Lee, shared details of the graphic attack with CBS2/KCAL9. Lee explained the female victim was involved in a verbal fight with several men at the skate park before she walked away, which then led to a violent turn. She was attacked in front of dozens of people. One suspect slammed her head with a skateboard, which knocked her to the ground. He then kicked and pounded on the victim while she wailed for help while lying on the pavement. Moments later, a second suspect held the victim up for another suspect to punch her. Witnesses said they chose not to help her because they were scared and felt outnumbered. “It’s hard to believe that no one stepped in,” said Lee. “It’s haunting. It’s really, really disturbing.” Authorities said the female victim, who is in her late teens or early 20s, remains hospitalized in serious condition. She underwent surgery for a cracked skull and broken jaw. Two other men were injured in the brawl. The motive for the attacks remain under investigation. Authorities have not yet released the identities of the suspects. Arrest made in Hartford woman’s shooting death
 March 17, 2015 HARTFORD–Police made an arrest in Hartford’s fourth homicide of 2015 Tuesday night. A female victim was shot and killed inside an apartment at 48 Congress St. around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Investigators have identified her as Lilliana Restrepo, 30, of Wethersfield. Anthony Pernell, 38, who lives in a Congress St. apartment, was arrested for murder, firearm and narcotics charges.   March 23, 2015 Almost five years after police say he shot a Metairie woman in the head near a West Bank drainage canal, Curtis Kyles -- who spent 14 years on Death Row for an unrelated New Orleans killing -- can expect to face a Jefferson Parish jury in the fall. Kyles, 56, whose last address was in Algiers, is charged with second-degree murder in the June 10, 2010, death of Crystal St. Pierre, 26. Kyles and a co-defendant, Chicwanda Forbes, of Algiers were accused of forcing St. Pierre out of an Algiers apartment and killing her in Avondale. A worker inspecting canal banks found her body a day later in a wooded area, about 500 feet from U.S. 90. She had been beaten and shot. Forbes, 29, pleaded guilty to second-degree kidnapping in 2013 in exchange for a 15-year prison sentence. Prosecutors dropped her murder charge in the deal, which calls for Forbes' cooperation against Kyles. If convicted as charged, Kyles would spend the rest of his life in prison. Forbes told investigators that Kyles had given St. Pierre cash for her Louisiana Purchase food stamp card, reportedly so she could buy illegal drugs. However, Kyles became angry after learning that the card did not have the right balance, leading him and Forbes to force her from an Algiers apartment, authorities have said. Forbes alleged that Kyles shot St. Pierre in Avondale. Kyles' name already is well known in criminal courts across the country: A U.S. Supreme Court case is named for him. He stood trial five times in New Orleans before the high court in 1995 tossed out his first-degree murder conviction and death sentence in the 1984 killing of Dolores "Dee" Dye, 68. ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)—St. Louis police have identified two of the victims in the fatal shooting in the 4400 block of Itaska Friday afternoon. Paige Schaefer, 23, was killed along with James Lacey, 47. Police were called to the scene around 2:30pm by a third shooting victim, a 21-year woman who has yet to be identified. Police say the 21-year-old victim called 911 and said the shooter was an ex-boyfriend A fourth victim, a 54-year-old woman, was found in an alley two miles away in the 4200 block of South 37th Avenue. That woman has been identified as Paige Schaefer's mother. She is currently in critical condition at the hospital. Negro sentenced to 88 years to life in murder of Santa Cruz shop owner
 03/25/15 SANTA CRUZ - Nearly three years since 38-year-old shop owner Shannon Collins was stabbed to death on her way to a hair appointment in Santa Cruz, her killer was sentenced on Wednesday to 88 years to life in prison. After tearful statements in Santa Cruz County Superior Court from her best friend, mother and widower, Judge Timothy Volkmann handed down the maximum sentence to Charles Anthony Edwards III, a 46-year-old from San Francisco. Edwards, who suffers from schizophrenia and has a violent criminal history that started at age 12, offered an apology to Collins’ friends and family during his sentencing. Seattle man beaten and stabbed in racial hate crime mob attack
A group of ten to twelve black males brutally beat and stabbed a white male. They also groped several white female victims. It took place in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. The local media has gone into censorship mode, treating the attack as a “hush crime.”
Local media reports are censoring all mention of the race of the perpetrators. The police report describes the attackers as 10-12 black males. A witness posted about what he saw on Reddit. There are also allegations that the victims requested police assistance before the attack, and police refused. The female victims asked two police officers to escort them to their cars, and the cops allegedly refused. Several other people came forward on reddit to share first hand experiences with black on white violence in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. In 2001, hundreds of young blacks brutally beat random white people at the Seattle Mardi Gras. One young white male was beaten to death. Several others, including women, were seriously injured.
