I've never heard of any so called " state spy" or even a "Searchlight spy" who was 'outed' by getting himself involved in illegal activity. What I have seen is people who can only be described as knuckle heads, getting in trouble while members of the party.

Neither AW nor PM were present!

That’s the excuse their using regarding this red on the tribunal. Very convenient.

The response seems very weak, and is made less credible by the fact that the author wants to remain anonymous.

With regards to the confrontational paper sales.. Yes they may become confrontational, but why do the videos then have to be published on the internet showing this confrontation? All this serves to do is push an image of confrontation surrounding the BNP to the public.

Now that these spies have been exposed, Searchlight will have to change their tactic, as they are all following a uniform routine to get to where they want to be. Coming upto the GE people need to be extra vigilant.

My own opinion? Just from the things I've seen myself such as the frequent Thailand trips and the non-whites on his FB friends list, never mind everything you've said, I would be wary of Molloy.

The Walker brothers - I'm still undecided. Added up, it all looks suspicious. I could accept the phoning of the Gable incident excuse as plausible as it's the sort of thing I'd do if I could keep a straight voice and not laugh. The rest of it - I dunno. I'm not 100% convinced either way. There's too many incidents. If we knew if he was still on full pay while his rep was doing the arguing of the case with the Union then that would make that excuse reasonable - dragging it out as long as possible whilst on full pay to delay the inevitable.

The confrontational paper sales - they should be kept quiet about in any case. Nobody's going to want to come up to a table if they've seen lots of videos assuring them they're going to get hassled while doing so.

The reason for the hearing is to determine whether he is fit to teach in future and whether teachers in general can hold the same views as him. This was apparently widely reported at the time.
