I've always lived in good and decent areas. When I moved where I'm living now, which is a new built area, I was actually hoping to have Spanish decent neighbours, at least on my floor, which is a bit of a funny thought being an emigrant, I admit, but I have indeed had nice decent neighbours. The company which built these buildings is not respecting the intitial contract though, they are increasing their prices, so many nice people are leaving and most of those who continue living here are of not such good quality. Their reaction to the higher prices is not paying some of the expenses, which is creating problems of course and transforming a bit this neighbourhood. There aren't many emigrants, but some Spanish gypises and low class Spanish people who behave like gypsies, have dangerous breed dogs that they often leave free even if it's against the law. To be honest, I think they are only a few, but the impression one gets by seeing them every day is that they are too many in one place. I'm soon going to be moving too and it's going to be in a nice little village where all old people say hello to each other, or if you say hello to them, they answer you even if they don't know you

I thought my answer was clear enough. I'd prefer to live in an average Spanish neighbourhood and always have lived in good decent areas. I like Spanish people, they are nice, friendly and polite and I have always felt immediately accepted by them.
