You may believe your hasbara, Voe, but it is not the truth, so pour out your blood upon the earth if you wish. That is the truth, rather than the lies you post here.
Leave Syria or get killed, PM tells foreign militants Syrian Prime Minister Wael al- Halqi Tue May 14, 2013 1:26AM GMT Syrian Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi has told the foreign militants to leave Syria or the country’s armed forces will kill them. Al-Halqi said on Monday that the "mercenary terrorist groups” have two options, "return to where they came from, or to be killed by the Syrian armed forces," Xinhua reported. He made the remarks during a meeting of the ministerial committee tasked with implementing the political reforms program of President Bashar al-Assad in Damascus. Al-Halqi stated that the Syrian nation is determined to beat terrorists and restore security in Syria. He added that the "government's doors are wide open to whoever wants to return to the right path." The Syria crisis began in March 2011, and many people, including large numbers of soldiers and security personnel, have been killed in the violence. The Syrian government says that the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals. In an interview broadcast on Turkish television on April 5, Assad said that if the militants take power in Syria, they could destabilize the entire Middle East region for decades. “If the unrest in Syria leads to the partitioning of the country, or if the terrorist forces take control… the situation will inevitably spill over into neighboring countries and create a domino effect throughout the Middle East and beyond,” he stated. |

That's a typical action or reaction to anything critical of Muslims or Jews...death threats and implications of beatings and outright murder. Its how both groups operate. I hope he's not banned. He's a perfect example for us to observe.
America is Losing its Covert Syria War: US Sponsored Al Nusra Rebels Defeated by Syrian Armed Forces Tags: SYRIA Recent reports from the ground suggest that America and its allies are losing their covert war in support of the Al Nusra front. In recent weeks, the US sponsored Al Qaeda affiliated rebels have been decimated by the Syrian Armed Forces. A nationwide offensive has been launched with the support of Russia and Iran. The weapons supply routes of the rebels have been disrupted: “the [Syrian] army has concentrated on starving, and cutting off “rebel” supply routes and arms corridors, which predominantly run through Northern Lebanon, Turkey, and Jordan” (See Buying Time in Syria by Phil Greaves, Global Research, May 11, 2013) Al Nusra is largely made up of mercenaries recruited in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Covert (Western) special forces and military advisers have also integrated their ranks. |

Pro-Chrisinsanity secular Syrian opposition group formed
A group of prominent Syrian activists who favor a civil, democratic state have formed a new opposition group, a member said Tuesday, in a further fragmentation of President Bashar al-Assad’s opponents. The new grouping, called the Union of Syrian Democrats, includes heavyweight activists such as Michel Kilo, a Christian writer and human rights activist. It appears to be an attempt to counterbalance the influence of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood inside the National Coalition, the country's main opposition bloc. The 250 “members of the group, who come from different political streams, are united on the principal of democracy,” one of its members, Kamal Labwani, told AFP. He declined to say directly that the group intended to challenge the Brotherhood’s influence, but said it would focus on creating a civil state. “If the Muslim Brotherhood are opposed to the construction of a civil state, this group is directed against them. If they support this project, they are our allies,” he said. “Our problem with the Muslim Brotherhood is that they say one thing and do another... they say they want a civil state, but in practice, they don’t.” The Muslim Brotherhood is the best organized of the groups arrayed in opposition to President Assad’s regime. But it has been criticized by activists for trying to dominate the opposition, boosted by the support of Qatar. The group rejects the accusations, but they have only grown since the election of Ghassan Hitto, reportedly the Brotherhood choice, to the post of rebel prime minister. The Syrian Brotherhood has also been accused of being controlled by Islamist extremeists. “It is not true that extremists are in charge of liberated lands,” their leader Mohammad Riad Shakfa said at a press conference in Istanbul in April. “The land ... belongs to a united front of the opposition.” Speaking in Arabic, he added: “As far as I know, there is no extremism in Syria.” The new opposition group, launched in Cairo, will hold a series of meetings in coming months to discuss their structure. http://english.alarabiya.net/en/News...up-formed.html

Khalid al Hamad: Syria's "cannibal commander" defended his actions as legitimate vengeance
By: James Tags: SYRIA Speaking to Time magazine, he said had no regrets about taking revenge - “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth” - after finding images of regime abuses on the dead soldier’s mobile phone. What these ignorant Salfi's don't understand, putting that verse from the Quran in context, is that the next verse says, 'For those who forgoes and eye for and eye, and a tooth for a tooth, it is as propitiation (payment) for their own sins'. And believe me, the sins of the Salifiest are many many many many. How sadly misguided they truly are. |

ha ha reminds me of the Bosnian war days with islamic fundamentalist Izetbegovic's so called Serb Civic Council. Washington approved, for international PR purposes of unrepresentative illegitimate muslim govt, Bosnian Serbs who rejected Republika Srpska and were loyal to the so called Republic of muslim Bosnia and Herzegovina. Such fine patriots like Mirko Pejanovic and Jovan Divjak

Hizbullah Fighters Advance to Syria-Jordan Border
Hizbullah fighters have been advancing swiftly into southern Syria and have reached the flashpoint southern town of Daraa near the border with Jordan, media reports said on Tuesday. A source close to Hizbullah told the Kuwaiti al-Qabas newspaper that Hizbullah fighters played a significant role in helping the regime troops to take full power of the strategic town of Kherbet Ghazleh near the highway linking the capital Damascus with Jordan. The source pointed out that Hizbullah fighters are not just groups backing the army regime but comprehensive fighting units that includes a full logistic team. It said that Hizbullah's military leadership is organizing the transfer of the units and providing them with weapons. http://www.naharnet.com/stories/en/82909 |

Anti-Assad UN resolution pisses Iran off
On Wednesday, the UN General Assembly approved an Arab-backed nonbinding resolution against Syria by a vote of 107-12, with 59 abstentions. Brazil, South Africa, India, and Indonesia were among the 59 countries that abstained. Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Araqchi says the UN General Assembly’s recent resolution against Syria will only intensify crimes by the extremist groups in the Arab country. “The resolution has been issued at a time when Syria and the region need peace and stability more than ever,” Araqchi said on Thursday. http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2013/05...o-fuel-crimes/

Turkey to press Obama to take 'more active steps' in Syria
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in a meeting Thursday at the White House, is expected to urge President Obama to arm the Syrian opposition and enforce a “no-fly” zone in an effort to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime. Erdogan says "more active steps" to end Syria's civil war will be a key topic when he meets with President Obama at the White House Thursday. "The Syrian issue will of course be the first topic on the agenda," Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters before leaving Ankara. "We will discuss what we can do for the future and what more active steps we can take," he said, adding he expected he and Obama would "draw a road map" during their 9:50 a.m. EDT meeting in the White House Cabinet Room. Erdogan said he planned to present evidence at the meeting, which Vice President Joe Biden also is to attend, of Syrian chemical weapons use to strengthen his case. Obama has said proof of chemical weapons use by Syrian President Bashar Assad's forces would be a "red line" and a "game-changer," but has so far said the evidence of such use was insufficient to prompt U.S. action or enable him to unite U.S. allies behind such a response. http://www.upi.com/Top_News/US/2013/...2021368687600/

It's amazing how many 'Arab' governments turn Zionist at the first drop of the hat. It makes one wonder how many crypto Jews have infiltrated the upper echelons in the Arab world.

That plus politics as usual must factor in. The 'fringe benefits' of being considered a team player can bring billions and tons of military hardware. Not to mention stacks of assorted other 'creature comforts'.
