I'd take these videos with a grain of salt. There are areas in Cairo like this that are Muslim. If there is a problem with Copts, it's a problem with Copts, not with Christians. I've been in Cairo several times. I never had any trouble finding Roman Catholic neighborhoods and churches. Most were in quite up-scale neighborhoods.
