It's not that black and white, though, is it? If that were ALL it was, I would keep my mouth shut and just put it to the back of my mind and always sort of privately wonder if it were true but say nothing about it until more came out.


Rounder, if it were *just" the few images in his computer, if I were on a jury and a man stood up and said "they were on my computer but I did not put them there. My estranged wife did it for revenge" than I would have to find him not guilty based on reasonable doubt or the Scottish verdict of "not proven".

But when you add on everything else, I find myself moving away from that position. If he had gone not guilty, the contract, the counselling, the recording, the gifts on another man's credit card, the stalking, the love poem - it would all have come out in court and that would have removed all reasonable doubt in my eyes. It's cumulative.

Not Rounder. It's not his style to take it on the chin and defend himself as vigorously as possible - he'd prefer to find someone to inform on to get himself some breathing room.
