Default Tobacco Uses

Tobacco contains nicotine which is one of the deadliest poisons ever to grow upon the earth. In fact, there is enough nicotine in just three cigarettes to kill a full grown man. That is only sixty to seventy milligrams of pure nicotine! Knowing the highly addictive properties of nicotine, tobacconists treat the leaves with ammonia (that's why opening a fresh can of copenhagen can knock you on your butt. Yuck!) Incidentally, if you use tobacco try and get it directly from a farmer and dry it naturally! If you can, grow our own! There are so many carcinogens in commercial tobacco products because they put the bottom line above your health! It is mostly in the drying and treating process where the bad stuff is created.)

Since we are looking to kill pests and not each other, take care and wear gloves when handling tobacco! Nicotine is most deadly when absorbed through the skin, and it is readily absorbed, even without DMSO or other agents.

Nicotine in solution can be used to treat:

Rose Bushes - spray a weak dilute solution to kill aphids & other pests

Trees could live practically forever were it not for accidents, pollutions, etc. Trees and other plants give off chemical signals when injured that attracts insects which will eventually kill it. Applying a salve made of nicotine, Vaseline and paraffin will discourage the insects and speed healing. Snuff is a good source in this case and a can of the strong stuff can be placed in warm oil and allowed to steep until the oil changes color, then it is strained and the oil used to make the salve. The addition of rosemary or marigold petals will aid in healing and repel bees, etc... Chopped comfrey added to the warmed oil also speeds healing. If deer or rabbits are a problem, take your pocket knife and shave slivers off of Ivory soap bars and drop them at the base. Hanging chunks of Ivory soap at eating level will keep deer at bay.

Nicotine used to be one of three key ingredient in German diet drops sold in Europe a while back. Nicotine, ephedrine and caffeine. The dose was something like 6 drops in a glass of juice. Nicotine ingested is far less dangerous than nicotine absorbed via the skin or mucus membranes.

If you are having "nicotine fits" but can't light up, you can alleviate the cravings by placing up to three drops of tobacco water on your inside wrist. Smearing it around gives better surface area for penetration. Try one drop of solution (created by steeping six cigarettes worth of tobacco in a half pint of water and a tablespoon of everclear.) at a time.

The cravings should stop immediately, if not wait 5 minutes before trying another drop. If you feel a slight burning or tingling, you've determined how much nicotine your particular system is used to, go a drop less next time. If you get dizzy and experience nausea but haven't overdosed on the drops, eat a few crackers and don't use so much the next time! If your heart starts palpitating and the other symptoms are in evidence and you have foolishly slathered this stuff all over yourself, then hie to an emergency room! Nicotine kills from within 5 minutes of massive external application (generally with DMSO) to 4 hours... (generally by three used cigarette butts in the glass of water, drunk by those with low nicotine tolerance.) By the way, no one gets away with nicotine murders outside of silly murder mystery novels!

TOBACCO SOLUTIONS MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN!
