You haven't yet dealt with the power of free markets. You deny it with ridiculous revisionism about the Soviet Union and communist Eastern Europe, but that's not how it went down. Nationalization and central planning was tried all over the world. It was tried without compromise in revolutionary communist countries like the USSR, China, North Korea and Cambodia, and in democratic socialist form in Western Europe. All of the fully centralized economies failed. Partial planning has a mixed record, but the correlation between greater planning and economic decline is strong. The government can deliver mail. It can build dams. It can even launch successful missions to the Moon. But it can only do those things in the context of a mostly unplanned free market economy. Government taxes and spends, but private contractors have to do the hard work of building rockets and pouring concrete. Nationalize the whole economy and it dies. |

http://www.dailystormer.com/the-jew-...ond-world-war/ I don't see you anti-anglo hypocrites ever attacking Russians, who killed far more Europeans and Germans in the War, or citing that the Russia is somehow inferior because it was the victim of jewish infiltration. You have double standards because you are resentful, that is a fact. Jews infiltrated the strongest White societies because like parasites they flock to where their is the greatest abundance and freedom. Whether it be the US, UK, or Germany historically. Then say what you mean, if you don't mean Anglo Saxons, but rather baby boomer upper middle class white americans, than I would agree with you. I take umbrage with your attack on Anglos. Lower intelligence is the result of non-white immigration, not Anglo inferiority. I am 100% sure those stats would be very different absent non-white immigration. I defy you to prove me wrong. It isn't just economic prosperity that makes a society, true enough, it is a very important thing though. But it is also general freedom by strong rule of Law through what is left of our Constitution. You can thank our Anglo Saxon founding fathers for the right to free speech, and speak as openly and honestly on race and the JQ in ways you cannot anywhere else. How many artists, composers, and philosophers have the Anglosphere contributed? Why are you only saying Canada and Australia? Why limit our greatness? But yes, I am sure both those countries have plenty, and that is easily verifiable by a google search. The US has welfare or more or less a basic income if you don't reach a certain income. No where has a 100% free market no should it be that way, there should be a State. Economies should be mixed but trending towards significant economic freedom on the whole.Discussion of basic income doesn't negate that Switzerland on the aggregate is far freer of an economy than most others in the World. That's pretty remarkable. North Korea's post war growth outpaced South Koreas, and by the way, all the Asian "market miracles" were really the result of economic planning, so there's obviously something to that. Or do you think capitalists were lining up to invest in a long term program to morph agrarian backwater Taiwan into a electronics producer? Quote:
Capitalists don't like risking on big, long-term, expensive new ideas. In the handful of cases they do, you'll find someone creating a credit bubble to attract them. Quote:

China got in for Frankfurt school reasons, giving some non-Whites a place at the table. It was still a pathetic third world country until the capitalist reforms of the late seventies. Quote:

Socialist Hitler vs capitalist Jew Von Mises:
Quote:
Von Mises was the Allied stooge Dolfuss's top economic advisor in Jew-friendly Austria. The awful economy of Austria was one of many reasons why 99.7% of citizens voted for the Anschluss. Austria was one of the last countries in Europe to cling to the gold standard, it was their policy until Nazis took charge and dismantled that broken and failed system. Dolfuss banned the Austrian Nazis because they were "socialists", but in truth it was also because the Jews propping up his regime ordered it. Good thing they disposed of this waste of life, he would've made a great hero in the Judeo-conservative pantheon if he had lived another couple of years.

Don't you know Joe? Only the well being of the bourgeois seems to matter to Capitalists. The working class peasants can collect their pittance for their 7 day work weeks or wait in soup lines. The folly of Capitalists is their expectation that a large chunk, to a majority of the workforce should be content with getting shit on by their Capitalissars. The workers were treated better under medieval Feudalism than in some Capitalist countries. For working they received shelter, food, and protection from attack. While Capitalist countries are busy shipping in immigrants into working class neighborhoods as enemy combatants who beat, rape, mug, and murder the citizens.

Wouldn't it be nice to get your neighbor to patch up your roof, and you fix his plumbing, and you don't charge one another for the bother? Imagine how much money we could save if we all had this mindset of helping each other out just because it's the right thing to do. The only reason whites in multicultural societies push for privatization and individualism is an elaborate rationalization to keep niggers segregated, it's not because they actually prefer to pay some ridiculous amount of money for a private pool pass vs public facilities. Helping niggers is thankless and pointless, and including niggers is downright dangerous, but that doesn't negate the concept of whites working together. Some pretend it does out of cowardice, they're afraid to say their real opinions, so they take the PC route (PC because Jews prefer privatization). Capitalism makes whites into arrogant, entitled, self-worshipping Jews, but without the racial parts (Jews practice socialism amongst themselves, hence why they rule the 98%. Look up "community" programs like the Hebrew Loan Society). Of course ,these feelings don't come naturally to whites, so the end result of trying to force whites into becoming "John Galt" is a population high off anti-depressants, lost in spectator sports, and drunk on shitty beer.

ADOLF HITLER APPLIES ONLINE
Describe your background and experience. I was an abused child who refused to study in school. I spent all my time drawing and daydreaming. The best art school in the country rejected my application twice. I refused to learn a trade and lived on a small inheritance from my mother. I went to Wagner operas until the money ran out. Then I was homeless for years. My chief occupation in those years was arguing with other residents of my homeless shelter. Then I joined the army on the losing side in a war. After being discharged and decorated for being a patriotic soldier, I became a socialistic rabble-rouser. I spent most of my time with underemployed malcontents in bars. My main accomplishment in these years was breaking into a local courthouse to establish my own national government, for which crime I spent several years in prison. I used the prison years to dictate a book titled Four and a Half Years of Struggle against Lies, Stupidity, and Cowardice (shortened to My Struggle). Finally I went into politics and did well in several elections. What's your main strength? My main strength is organization. What was your last position? My last position was CEO of 67 million people. List your major accomplishments in your last position. In 3 years I took the organization from poverty to prosperity. I also spearheaded several successful takeovers of comparable firms. Why did you leave your last position? I resigned under protest in the 13th year of my tenure after a hostile takeover by the combined military forces of three continents. Their takeover cost them 5 years, 48 million lives, and 1 trillion in 1945 US dollars. Please upload a recent photo of yourself. The photo file is too large. Please upload a photo with less information. Application rejected. In future, please spell out all numerals. (For example, write "two," not 2.) You will have an opportunity to submit a corrected application in 3 weeks. [Three weeks later, Hitler resubmits the application, with the requested corrections.] Thank you for your application to GoUSA Janitorial Service. If a position matching your skills becomes available, we will contact you. Mr. Wendy Shirazz-Fishbein Jazz Human Solutions Evaluation Division Associate Senior Manager II GoUSA

These online applications sometimes take 1-2 hours to do for ONE job you likely will never even get an interview for. I don't play these games anymore. It's either paper apps, or craigslist and monster advertisements that don't require no computer games. It's simply time consuming. Imagine the 100s of hours wasting all these. You probably could learn a skilled trade instead. The above person sounds like the sheboon who emailed me a couple weeks ago. I filled out a two hour job app with Bealls dept stores and a week later the manager from the store emails me a link to take an 1 hour questionnaire and to email her back after taking it so she could continue to the next step of the hiring process. I took the bullshit questionnaire and the next day I logged onto the employment site and noticed I was no longer considered. The questions did have a section about race and gender and if I was on SSI or SNAP as well. It was a sheboon because it had a goofy name. I can only wonder what it would be like a white man working under this sheboon. The last dept store a sheboon was one of my bosses and I basically quitted over her because I'd snap at her when she'd get bossy and do that head bobbing and all too. Right now I have an Hispanic manager which isn't any better. Us white kwans are fucked. I almost got suckered into applying for a big box store and then saw they used peopleanswers which is like Taleo on steroids. I applied for a job where both my parents worked at for years and had references and had to use this program. It took over two hours from start to finish for this "customer relationship" position and the test was probably almost an hour timed with very intense leveled math questions that were timed. Then 3 weeks later I got a canned reply from the hiring software company saying they decided "not to hire" for this position. Here is the terms of use policy for this I noticed tonight. It would make even Joseph Stalin blush. Acceptance of Use Agreement Please review the following Candidate Use Agreement carefully, as it forms the basis of a legally binding contract between you and Infor (US), Inc. ("PeopleAnswers," "we," or "us") regarding your access to and use of this website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. PeopleAnswers is a service provider for its client companies (the "Client-Employer") and offers the Client-Employer's access to certain tools and services accessible through the Site, including, but not limited to, employee testing and assessment services (the "Service"). Current employees of a Client-Employer and potential employment candidates of the Client-Employer may take and provide answers to one or more assessment tests through the Service, as requested by the Client-Employer. You have been referred by a Client-Employer to take a test on the Site. After completion of the test, PeopleAnswers will prepare a data assessment based on your responses (the "Assessment"). PeopleAnswers is not responsible for the Assessment so produced, nor is PeopleAnswers responsible for any hiring or termination decision made by the Client-Employer directly or indirectly as a result of the Assessment. By accessing the Site, you agree not to bring, file, or participate in any claim, suit, or complaint against PeopleAnswers as a result of any hiring or termination decision made by any Client-Employer or by any other person. PeopleAnswers reserves the right to change the terms of this Use Agreement and/or the Service from time to time at its sole discretion by posting such revised terms and conditions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any such change constitutes your acknowledgement of such change and your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified terms and conditions, if any. 2. Use of the Site; Tests and Assessments Upon accessing the Site and to log in to the Service, you will be asked to submit required and/or optional information on the Registration page. Once logged in to the Service, you will take and provide answers to one or more tests. After you complete the test(s), PeopleAnswers will prepare an Assessment based on your responses and/or answers. You are providing these answers/responses to PeopleAnswers to prepare an Assessment. The Assessment will be provided to the Client-Employer by PeopleAnswers. Your answers may also be used later by PeopleAnswers to prepare different Assessments for other Client-Employers (ones different than the Client-Employer to whom you are currently applying and in connection with which you originally supplied your answers and responses to PeopleAnswers). PeopleAnswers will not supply your answers to Client-Employers unless expressly requested by Client-Employers. If you do not want your responses or answers used or re-used in this manner and/or an Assessment shared with any Client-Employer(s), you must click that you do not accept these terms (i.e., click the "I Do Not Agree" button) , though doing so will preclude you from using the Service or the Site. For additional information on how such information, answers, and/or responses will be used, please see the PeopleAnswers' ^LEG04[Privacy Policy]. You agree to provide accurate and complete responses. Should PeopleAnswers suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, PeopleAnswers has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service and/or your access to the Site. You grant PeopleAnswers a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the responses and/or answers provided by you in any manner and through any medium in the sole discretion of PeopleAnswers (although PeopleAnswers will not disclose any legally protected personally identifiable information to any person except the Client-Employer or designated third parties at the request of the Client-Employer.). This grant includes the right of PeopleAnswers to re-use your answers and responses to complete a different Assessment for a different Client-Employer than the Client-Employer to whom you applied and in connection with which you originally supplied your answers and responses to PeopleAnswers. You agree that PeopleAnswers shall have no obligation to provide you with a copy of the test(s) taken through the Service, a copy of your answers or responses, a copy of the Assessment provided to the Client-Employer, or a list of other Client-Employers for which PeopleAnswers provided an Assessment based on your original answers and responses. Neither the Assessment nor the Service is intended to screen persons on the basis of any legally protected status, such as race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Each test may be taken only once. You are not authorized to take any test more than once unless the Client-Employer has specifically requested that you do so. Title, ownership rights, and all intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Service, including without limitation patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, shall remain with PeopleAnswers and/or its licensors. The tests provided through the Service are proprietary to PeopleAnswers and are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. As noted above, the Client-Employer may direct us to disclose your legally protected personally identifiable information to third parties for employment screening, background checks, and credential verification services, including without limitation verification of the accuracy of your personal information and confirmation of your references. You agree that neither PeopleAnswers nor Client-Employers are responsible or liable for the use and dissemination of such information by such third parties. If you do not want your legally protected personally identifiable information shared with any third parties, you must click that you do not accept these terms (i.e., click the "I Do Not Agree" button), though doing so will preclude you from using the Service or the Site. PeopleAnswers will retain the personally identifiable information, responses, and answers you provide for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which it is collected. We will establish minimum and maximum retention periods based upon the type of information collected (i.e. sensitivity), the intended purposes, and as otherwise may be legally required. You may be requested to provide your cell phone number. By providing such number, you authorize PeopleAnswers and the Client-Employer to call you and/or send you text messages. 3. Passwords and Security You agree that you will not: (a) permit other individuals to use your password; or (b) copy any portion of any test provided through the Service. Please note that you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that you exit or log-off from your account at the end of each session of use. You shall notify PeopleAnswers immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or of any other breach of security that is known or suspected by you. User accounts cannot be "shared" or used by more than one individual. User licenses can be transferred to a new user only if a previous user becomes inactive and is unable to access the Service. You remain solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized use of your password. 4. Additionally, you agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on PeopleAnswers' infrastructure. The use of any device, software, or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Site is expressly prohibited. 5. Proprietary Rights Restrictions All material on the Site, including without limitation all informational text, design of and "look and feel" of the Site, layout, photographs, graphics, audio, video, messages, files, documents, images, or other materials (collectively, the "Materials"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, as well as all derivative works, are owned by PeopleAnswers or other parties that have licensed their material to PeopleAnswers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. In addition, a Client-Employer may be subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations. In order to comply with these laws, you may be invited to voluntarily self-identify your gender, race, age, or ethnicity or whether you have a disability or are a veteran. Submission of this information is voluntary, and refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse treatment. The information obtained will be kept confidential and may only be used in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, executive orders, and regulations, including those that require the information to be summarized and reported to the federal government for civil rights enforcement. Client-Employers may also disclose your information in response to subpoenas or other legal process. By providing information using the Site, you warrant to PeopleAnswers that your Personal Information is reliable for its intended uses, accurate, complete and correct, and that you will promptly notify us if such Personal Information is no longer current or correct. How long is Personal Information kept for use on the Site? Your Personal Information will be retained for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which such Personal Information is collected. We will establish minimum and maximum retention periods based upon the type of information collected (i.e. sensitivity), the intended purposes, and as otherwise may be legally required. What are cookies and how are they used on the Site? There is a web standard technology called "cookies" that can be used to provide you with tailored information from a website. A cookie is a small text file placed on your hard drive by our web page server. These cookies do not collect Personal Information, only Aggregate Information. We can only access the information from a cookie sent by PeopleAnswers. We cannot access other cookies sent by other websites or the information contained therein. If you are a Client-Employer, PeopleAnswers provides each user in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs on. Candidates also are provided passwords. We do not use cookies to identify the username or password of the user. Additionally, we cannot learn your email address or any other information about you through the use of a cookie. The only way we would learn such information is when and if you specifically submit that information to the Site. Further, PeopleAnswers does not use cookies to store other confidential user and/or session information. We use cookies to track usage of the Site and further customize your experience when you are visiting the Site. By tracking usage, we can best determine what features of the Site best serve the users. Without cookies, the Site would "forget" items that may be stored. The session information used by the Site is deleted when your browser is closed. Your browser is probably set to accept cookies. However, if you would prefer not to receive cookies, you can alter the configuration of your browser to refuse cookies. If you choose to have your browser refuse cookies, it is possible that some areas of our Site will not function properly when you view them. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect Aggregate Information about your visit. We can tell the type of computer, browser, and web service that you are using. We also know the date, time, and pages that you visit. Collecting this information helps us design the Site to enhance your experience while on our Site. We may use Aggregate Information for internal purposes, such as tracking demographic data and providing targeted content to make the Site more useful to our visitors. The gathering of this Aggregate Information may be accomplished by the use of cookies. In particular, PeopleAnswers may collect an IP Address from all visitors to the Site. An IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, analyze trends, track users' movement on the Site, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the Site, and deliver customized, personalized content. IP addresses, however, are not linked to Personal Information. On those pages of the Site not requiring your account login, you may decline to accept cookies sent by the Site by selecting an option on your browser to reject cookies. However, some portions of the Site may require account login or account registration in order to access those areas. In such case, we ask that you provide us with basic information on our account set-up page. Cookies enable our server to know that you are a registered user; therefore, our registration system requires that you accept the cookies from the Site. Other sites linked to the Site also may send cookies; however we do not control such activities. In certain instances on our Site, you may be asked to opt-in to the use of cookies before you will be given access. You will only be asked to opt-in upon your initial visit to those portions of the Site only. However, if you elect to not opt-in to the use of cookies, you may not be able to access those portions of the Site or your ability to use those Site features will be impacted. PeopleAnswers also may use a unique assigned number located with the Site's URL to determine the web site from which you navigated to get to the Site. While this number may not be apparent to you, it does not contain your Personal Information. How does PeopleAnswers use Personal Information? We will use the Personal Information provided by you in accordance with good commercial practice and applicable law. If you provide us with your e-mail address (or have done so in the past), we will send e*mail notifications to you in accordance with the user account preferences opted by you. When you set up your user account (and at any time thereafter), you will select and control how Personal Information is shared from your account settings. Your email will be used for notifications only. While you are free to do so, PeopleAnswers does not share your public email address with others in its public forums. Candidates/Applicants: Once logged into the Service, you will take and provide answers to one or more tests. After you complete the test(s), PeopleAnswers will prepare an Assessment based on your responses and/or answers. You are providing these answers/responses to PeopleAnswers to prepare an Assessment. The Assessment will be provided to one or more Client-Employers by PeopleAnswers. Your answers may also be used later by PeopleAnswers to prepare different Assessments for other Client-Employers (ones different than the Client-Employer to which you are currently applying and in connection with which you originally supplied your answers and responses to PeopleAnswers). PeopleAnswers will not supply your answers to Client-Employers unless expressly requested by Client-Employers. As noted above, we share your Personal Information and our Assessment with the Client-Employers for which you currently work (if you are accessing the Site at the request of your current employer) or the Client-Employers with which you currently are applying or apply in the future for an employment position. In addition, we use your Personal Information to assist us in validation research. If you do not wish to have your Personal Information (including test results/answers) used or re-used in this manner and/or an Assessment shared with any Client-Employer(s), you should not provide us with your Personal Information (though doing so will preclude you from using the Service or the Site). Please contact the Client-Employer to report that you are not willing to submit Personal Information through the Site. We do not sell, give away, or in any way make available your Personal Information for any third-party marketing purpose. However, we may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable Personal Information that you provide as "Optional Information" with third parties for purposes of research and long-term validation studies. The Optional Information data is not directly linked with the required Personal Information requested on the Sign-Up page on the Site. Such required Personal Information is stored and kept separate from the Optional Information. At the request of a Client-Employer and/or you, we also may disclose your Personal Information to third parties for employment screening, background checks, credential verification services, and similar services, including verification of the accuracy of your Personal Information and confirmation of your references. Background screening or similar reports generated by third parties may be shared with us, which we will use and disseminate in accordance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy addresses the use and dissemination of information that we collect from you and our use and dissemination of any background screening or similar reports shared with us. To the extent that a Client-Employer requests that we disclose your Personal Information to third parties, different rules or policies may apply. PeopleAnswers does not control the privacy policies of any third party, and we are not responsible for the use and dissemination of your Personal Information by any such third parties. Therefore, we encourage you to contact the Client-Employer for the privacy policies of any such third parties. If you do not wish to have your Personal Information shared with the Client-Employer or such third parties (including background screening companies), you should not provide us with your Personal Information (though doing so will preclude you from using the Service or the Site). Please contact the Client-Employer to report that you are not willing to submit Personal Information through the Site. Client-Employers: We may share Aggregate Information with third parties, however, we will only do so in a manner that does not identify the Client-Employer. PeopleAnswers also may match Aggregated Information on Site users with third party data and disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to potential advertisers, partners and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes. This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and dissemination of information that we collect from you and/or your candidates or employees. To the extent that you disclose any information to third parties through other websites on the Internet linked to the Site or request that we disclose any information to third parties, different policies may apply. Since PeopleAnswers does not control the privacy policies of any third party, you and your candidates or employees are subject to the privacy policies, if any, of that third party, and PeopleAnswers shall not be responsible for the use or dissemination of your candidates' or employees' Personal Information by that third party. Therefore, we encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your candidates' or employees' Personal Information to others or request that we disclose such information to others. Does PeopleAnswers share your Personal Information with Others? As a general policy, PeopleAnswers does not share, sell or trade Personal Information with third parties without permission from the Client-Employer and/or you. With permission, these third parties include employment screening, background check, credential verification, and other vendors providing similar services. However, we also may provide your Personal Information without additional permission to third parties directly involved in the operation, performance, support and/or maintenance of the Site and each service offered on the Site, including our web site designers, hosts, service providers, technical consultants and business partners. Any Personal Information, however, will be used by such third parties (e.g., web site designers, etc.) only to perform their functions and/or to provide services in support of the Site and for no other purpose. Aggregate information may at times be shared with PeopleAnswers business partners and other third parties. Also, as stated above, PeopleAnswers will share your Personal Information (generally other than test answers) with Client-Employers. We reserve the right to assign or transfer your Personal Information to any successor in interest to our business associated with the Site by merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of our assets or equity interests or operation of law. We also may divulge Personal Information if such information is required for us to comply with any valid legal process, such as a subpoena, search warrant, statute or court order, or if we reasonably believe that you have committed an unlawful act or acts that may endanger the health or safety of another user or of the general public. I worked in the financial services industry before doing my own thing and the situation is no better on higher levels of employment. (Or at least it wasn't 10 years ago.)
You can transcend online applications and retail employment and be recommended for jobs, and charge by the hour (like an attorney), but believe me, no matter where you go in corporate Amerikwa, in the end you always face a sheboon's asshole which you have to a. lick, or b. work around, or c. employ. In every case, there's a jew trying to get rid of you from Day One. Hairy-ass kikes are there like goy-seeking missiles, ready to combine and commit any outrage in order to make your role impossible and run you off. In order to slide a favorite sheboon into it. Whether the sheboon can spell, comport herself like an professional, or even avoid having had--or currently acquiring, on company property!--a criminal record. The stories I could tell. The things I've seen in my years, sonny.... I dunno Silicon Valley or STEM fields as well, but for anyone following the travails of "Hitler," here's another lil tweak o' the schnozz: ** HITLER GETS HIS ACT TOGETHER After earning American citizenship, acquiring a STEM degree, working LinkedIn like a clinical narcissist working Facebook, answering many fake ads, and sending out hundreds of targeted resumes, Hitler remains a fry-dipper at McDonalds. Because loser? Or this (pdf)? (Don't miss linked vid to see jews at their best.) ** The point, which I hope is read, is this: not every man was cut out for that to which capitalism relegates not only all of society, but also all of history, in fact all of human endeavor--in moneyed elites' perennial effort to forestall revolution whether pro- or anti-White. They want mice, not men, and they breed mice through their schools and finish off the resultant human wrecks in what passes for an economy, which has at last almost entirely abandoned them; or at least made it crystal clear they aren't welcome. But they are the majority of the working population. Continuing the Hitler mood (what a complainer and malcontent he was!), here's Goebbels on the unemployed. (Tl;dr: he doesn't call the unemployed pussies.) Quote:

Many of the arguments against raising the minimum wage focus on the possibility that doing so would put small businesses in the red. This is disingenuous indeed, since 20 mega-companies dominate the minimum-wage world. Walmart alone employs 1.4 million minimum-wage workers; Yum Brands (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC) is in second place; and McDonald’s takes third. Overall, 60% of minimum-wage workers are employed by businesses not officially considered “small” by government standards, and of course carve-outs for really small businesses are possible, as was done with Obamacare. Keep in mind that not raising wages costs you money. Those minimum wage workers who can’t make enough and need to go on food assistance? Well, Walmart isn’t paying for those food stamps (now called SNAP), you are. The annual bill that states and the federal government foot for working families making poverty-level wages is $153 billion. A single Walmart Supercenter costs taxpayers between $904,542 and $1.75 million per year in public assistance money. According to Florida Congressman Alan Grayson, in many states Walmart employees are the largest group of Medicaid recipients. They are also the single biggest group of food stamp recipients. In other words, those everyday low prices at the chain are, in part, subsidized by your tax money. Meanwhile, an estimated 18% of food stamps (SNAP) are spent at Walmart.
