Twins Niglets Beaten
 A father is charged with badly beating his infant daughters. Quinton Caldwell of Elba is accused of using his fists to beat the babies. Elba is located in Southeast Alabama north of Enterprise. The twins were less than three months old. Each girl had broken arms and other injuries. Caldwell is charged with willfull torture and child abuse.
