Who is the official registrant of the NF with the electoral commission? I presume Tom Holmes was? If he still is then the 'new' NF can't do a thing under its name. However, I suspect that TH will have surrendered the responsibility to enable him a complete break from these bullying bastards.

There's a site somewhere that lets you see registrant history and changes. I'm hunting for it. I found this one but you apparently have to pay and I'm not sure it's adequate for what we want to know. There is definitely a free one somewhere, though.

The latter is a possibility as the mainstream desperately want the publicity of a long drawn out legal row to give substance and definition to their existence. Phillips will throw a splash party with his white whore on the strength of it.

They can not get legal aid, only individuals can. I'd guess Mike Easter may be the one who will fund a fight as their 2008 accounts show they haven't got more than a few grand knocking about. EM will bankrupt the Party - guaranteed. He can't keep his leechy, parasitic fingers away from party money.

I have heard this too and it came from someone in the NF about four months ago. Didn't realise Easter was tight so looks like it won't be him funding it. Might be this legacy though I think it's all talk - I do not think they'll fight it.

The so called morality of fighting this case is bullshit.If it is done it is an exercise in giving useless mouths like these malcontents a political role.I suppose they dont want to get out 3 times a week leafletting on sink estates and instead fancy swapping backslaps in an email loop.
