Woodpecker North Dakota ND Rents Free Rent WN Community Intentional

White Nationalist intentional community in North Dakota.

Been waiting quite a few months to spring this. Now is the time. Recently I gave a small bldg. to NSM. It is in this place, one which we can politically control post haste.

There is water, electricity, satellite internet via Hughes at $50 per month, satellite TV from at least 3 companies, trailers, 5th wheels, campers legal, car ins. as little as $141 for 6 months and most importantly--a surfeit of very good paying jobs in two different cities within normal commutable distances.

The lots have priorly been as little as $200. I expect I will pay $300 to $500 for some now. There are more buildings I can purchase. If you think that you have to have enormous numbers of citified distractions around to mollify your consciousness, I think you are mistaken. There may be some exceptions; mostly we are over-stimulated.

Because this would be a gift from myself to takers, and no rent would be charged, I believe the usual restrictive H.U.D. regs do not hold when recipients have been given personal gifts. In other words, I can lay it on whomever I damned well please.

I would hope potential movers would abide by these three simple self-disciplining rules:

1. Always (24 hrs a day) fly at least one racialist banner: examples--Nazi flags, Creativity flags, SA triple 7 flags etc. The larger the better. It would be best if your flag(s) were spotlighted during night time hours. I may be able to provide fresh ones say, 4 times per year. (Or I may let you pay and get your own).

2. Try your best to import more responsible radical hard core WN.

3. Register as a ND legal resident of this town and vote in our local election. Residency to vote is 30 days.

I'd like you to get a good looking flag pole, either one from a roof or an in-ground one.

I think we could have speakers like Paul Fromm, April Gaede and Alex Linder might come in to speak and we'd maybe have music festivals too. Until political control were established, there would be the slight possibility that new local regs designed to limit our expansion might be tried. We could oppose those if that happenstance were implemented. The numericals are absolutely miniscule. However, dedicated, hard-working folks are needed. Imagine strolling over to your neighbors to discuss world politics with nearly all like-minded volk. Imagine the international publicity and usefulness to our cause! For starters, we could declare a Mexican illegal invaders and Israeli Mossad/IDF spies no-go zone. If leftist journalists or antis come and try to make trouble, they just might break one of our local ordinances and would have to be arrested by our town constable. See?

A few well know WN know of this plan; fewer still know the exact place. Suffice to say, you could also make it into the Bakken area to go for a job there too. The distance isn't too far.

Lastly, there are no building codes in either this town or in the county. Now is the time to commence the project. The weather is great! You can even keep horses and livestock within the town limits! I am presently in the town.

Qualifying people will be tricky. A lot of you talk a good line. Few doers. For starters, if you know Alex, April, Glenn, Jeff, White Will, Billy Roper, Matt Hale or Terrible Tommy, that would help. I want people to move now and quietly get going here without letting the cat out of the bag. If you yourself could afford a lot or two, that would help too. I can refer you to cheap housing systems--very cheap. Here's one right here. You spray green foam (a brand name) https://encrypted.google.com/#hl=en&...w=1366&bih=557 inside and put thick ply on the ends and you're home. http://www.port-a-hut.com/14.cfm Piped water (not just well water) is usually available to most lots.

Well, I'll see what happens with this. Really, I am not counting on much. Last I checked, ND has 2% unemployment, the lowest in the country. Northern Tools sells a blue flame propane heater for about $126 which can easily heat an area 12' x 24'. If you can scram up a 4 cyl. car that gets 30-40 mpg and/or a camper or trailer, and you can walk, then you can get a higher-than-national-average good-paying job in ND in these current economic conditions.

This thread has been oddly titled for googling purposes. Best I could think of. PM me and we will see what happens. Once you or you and your girlfiend or wife start cranking good money in ND, you'll feel pretty good you made the move and are living cheaply. We will definitely make consistent international news if we pull this off.

Sounds damn good to me, Craig. Just wish my age and health permitted me to join you. I'll definitely spread the news to some potential candidates I know, though.

VNNers should spread this WN opportunity far and wide. And hopefully, some will join you soonest.

Look, even if you drove up here for a week or two or the summer, it would be a healing trip to be in the grasslands country. You have something real important to lose? A few hundred bucks on a pleasant car trip? A bit less cooler here than alpine so far, but it's only May 22. A drive into these two relatively nearby cities would convince you of the economic bustle. Bakken oil jobs not too far off either. It takes a lot to get a modest modicum of adventuring cooperative spirit. I guess I've noticed. Even the 60's weren't this dreary.

Thumbs up

Building our own communities inside the brainblow Kwa is the only-way-out for us at the moment. I hope fellow WN take Craig up on his offer. In Europe too, they have "Zones of National Liberation" - or "Liberated Zones".

Jamel, Neo-Nazi Village, Shocks Germany

JAMEL, Germany — This is a town taken over by neo-Nazis.

Wooden signposts by the main road point to Vienna, Paris, and Braunau am Inn – the birthplace of Adolf Hitler. A far-right leader runs his demolition company from home, its logo featuring a man smashing a Star of David with a sledgehammer.

Every few months, townsfolk host outdoor parties where guests sing "Hitler is my Fuehrer" to chants of "Heil" around a massive bonfire.

Jamel is the most extreme manifestation of a chilling phenomenon in the former communist East Germany: a creeping encroachment of neo-Nazism that makes Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania one of only two states where Germany's biggest far-right party, the National Democratic Party, or NPD, sits in parliament.

Hard to imagine in this current environment of political correctness, but a goal well worth supporting. Thank you for all your hard work, Craig

Hitler salutes in the street and firing practice in the forest: Neo-Nazis have taken over an entire village in Germany, and authorities appear to have given up efforts to combat the problem. The place has come to symbolize the far right's growing influence in parts of the former communist east.

Horst and Birgit Lohmeyer have been working on their life's dream for six years, renovating a house in the woods near Jamel, a tiny village near Wismar in the far northeastern German state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Birgit Lohmeyer writes crime novels, her husband is a musician, and both try to pretend everything is normal here in Jamel.

It wasn't easy to find their new home. The Lohmeyers spent months driving out to the countryside every weekend, heading east from where they lived in Hamburg, but most of the houses they saw were too expensive. Then they came across the inexpensive red brick farmhouse in Jamel. Slightly run-down, but not far from the Baltic Sea, the house sits surrounded by lime and maple trees, near a lake.

The Lohmeyers knew that a notorious neo-Nazi lived nearby -- Sven Krüger, a demolition contractor and high-level member of the far-right National Democratic Party (NPD). What the Lohmeyers didn't know was that other neighbors felt terrorized by Krüger. He and his associates were in the process of buying up the entire village.

Jamel is an example of the far-right problem that has plagued Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for years. The rural region, once part of communist East Germany, has a poor reputation in this regard -- the NPD, which glorifies the Third Reich, has been in the state parliament since 2006 and neo-Nazi crimes are part of daily life. In recent months, a series of attacks against politicians from all the democratic parties has shaken the state. Sometimes hardly a week goes by without an attack on another electoral district office, with paint bombs, right-wing graffiti and broken windows.

Norbert Nieszery, leader of the center-left Social Democratic Party (SPD) in the state parliament, calls it an "early form of terror." Nieszery's own office windows have been smashed twice. State Interior Minister Lorenz Caffier of the center-right Christian Democratic Union (CDU) says he has registered a "new level" of right-wing extremist violence. He believes the NPD is trying to raise its profile through aggressive behavior ahead of the state parliament election in September. One local mayor requested police protection after receiving repeated right-wing threats. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Germany's domestic intelligence agency, has warned that the NPD is becoming increasingly influential in local municipalities and that the neo-Nazis are trying to entrench themselves in daily life.

Mounting Concern About Far-Right Influence

Nowhere have they succeeded as well as in Jamel. If the right-wing extremists left, the village would be empty. Jamel is no longer just a problem at the regional or federal state level -- even Berlin is growing concerned about the situation.

SPD member Wolfgang Thierse, vice president of Germany's federal parliament, the Bundestag, visited the village a few months ago. He spent half an hour in the Lohmeyers' living room and promised to support them in their fight against the neo-Nazis. So far, nothing has changed. Jamel has come to symbolize the fact that there are places in Germany where right-wing extremists can do virtually whatever they want.

When the Lohmeyers moved here in 2004, they started to fix up their country house and to make contact with the neighbors -- although not with the neo-Nazi Krüger. They were sure right-wing extremists wouldn't be the only people in Jamel.

Only gradually did they realize just where they had ended up. Plaster crumbled from many of the houses in the village and one roof had collapsed completely. Beer bottles, car tires and gas canisters were littered behind the bus stop. There were metal fences surrounding some properties and attack dogs strained against their chains in the front yards. No one bothered to remove the swastika scribbled on the sign at the entrance to the village.

Children Giving Hitler Salute

There were young men with shaved heads and army trousers in the village and Nazi rock music could be heard from across the fields on the weekends. Shots sounded from the woods, where the neo-Nazis practiced their shooting -- police later found bullet casings in trenches there. When the Lohmeyers walked through the village, children raised their hands in the Nazi salute.

Krüger has shaped the village. He grew up here, with a father who was known as a right-wing radical and who used to make his son salute each morning in the snow. Young Krüger was an outsider at school, an acquaintance remembers, and didn't find friends until he joined the skinhead scene. As a young man, he incited right-wing thugs to attack a campsite and spent time in pre-trial detention on suspicion of burglary. Still, for a long time, the Krügers were the only neo-Nazis in the village.

"Now," says Horst Lohmeyer, "they see Jamel as a 'nationally liberated zone'" -- a neo-Nazi term for places foreigners and those of foreign descent must fear to tread. The extremists took over the village in just a few years. They now own seven of the 10 houses and have driven out anyone who couldn't come to terms with them. They battered down doors and broke windows, slashed tires, flew the German imperial war flag and celebrated Hitler's birthday. In the 1990s, they stuck dead chickens on one family's garden fence with the warning, "We'll smoke you out."

The village emptied and Krüger encouraged his right-wing friends to buy the available houses. Few others dared to venture into Jamel anymore. Neo-Nazis greeted one couple that wanted to move there with "Piss off" -- and the couple's house burned down shortly before they planned to move in. One new property owner dared to set foot in the village only accompanied by police.

The Lohmeyers have made it their life's work not to let themselves be driven out of Jamel. Each year, they host a rock festival on a field behind their house. Governor Erwin Sellering of the SPD has been patron of the festival since 2009. Police fence in the area and guard the entrance, and in past years, things remained largely calm.

Help is Far Away

This summer, though, neo-Nazis jumped over the fence, yelling slurs and attacking concertgoers. Police stepped in and stopped the troublemakers. But police can't always protect the Lohmeyers -- the nearest station is 12 kilometers away.

Horst Lohmeyer sits in his kitchen, bent over a map, and runs his finger along the roads and through the towns -- Gressow, Neu Degtow, Grevesmühlen. It takes a quarter of an hour to reach the nearest police station. When Krüger got married this summer, the village was inundated with several hundred right-wing extremists from Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, including a number of high-ranking NPD politicians such as Stefan Köster, NPD party head for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Jamel has become a right-wing pilgrimage site -- they come from all over Europe to see the village where neo-Nazis call the shots. They celebrated Krüger's wedding until late in the night, with nationalist rock music and fireworks. The Lohmeyers lay awake in bed, frozen with fear.

Mayor Uwe Wandel is helpless in the face of the right-wing movement in his community. He sounds bitter when he talks about Jamel. "The police, the authorities, no one dares to intervene," he says. "The Nazis are laughing in our faces." Wandel says he has repeatedly asked the state government for help. The interior minister and a parliamentary delegation came by one time, he adds. "They stayed for 20 minutes, expressed concern -- then they left again."

No One Responsible

Jamel has become a lawless place, Wandel complains, and the authorities don't take decisive enough action against the right-wing extremists. He says Krüger is allowed to dump demolition waste and burn trash in the village with impunity. The head of the department of public order in nearby Grevesmühlen says higher-level officials at the district level need to tackle the problem. They in turn say the local authority is responsible for Jamel.

Krüger, meanwhile, has much bigger plans. He has been a member of the district council for the NPD since 2009 and has bought parts of a concrete factory in Grevesmühlen, which he uses for his NPD office and his demolition company. The company logo shows the outline of a Star of David being smashed; the slogan is, "We do the dirty work." Barbed wire encloses the factory premises and dogs bark. A sign above the entrance reads, "Better dead than a slave." Krüger prefers not to comment on the accusations against him. All he says is, "Nothing that's written about me is true. I don't stand a chance against the system."

Krüger has hired new employees in the last few months. He gets contracts from fellow members of the far-right scene, but also from local businesses. Mayor Wandel says he's appalled by how far these right-wing structures now extend. "I'm afraid of a second, third, fourth Jamel," he says.

Neo-Nazis placed a boulder at the entrance to the village. A plaque attached to the rock reads, "Village of Jamel - free, social, national." Signs next to it point the way to Hitler's birthplace ("Braunau am Inn 855 km") and to the formerly German cities of Breslau (now Wroclaw in Poland) and Königsberg (now Kaliningrad, Russia). No one has removed the rock. "We've given up on Jamel," Wandel says.

Only the Lohmeyers are left.

Good wealth being offered here. Looking over this thread, I'm imagining similar future situations in northwest Colorado, southern Wyoming, northeast Utah, even southern Kansas and northern Oklahoma. Some of it is BLM land, but there will still be much activity in these areas. Paid well for work. Good times!

I am on the verge of two separate buys to secure a number of lots and buildings. Trying to decide whether to give them to prominent WN leaders, allow first-comers to stake them, or? The weather is nice for just a few months. If you've an interest, PM me.

Emphasis should be on constructing something or bringing a trailer, and getting good jobs within commutable distance. Terrific jobs are near. In some cases (the oil jobs) it might be the most or nearly the most money you have ever earned. There are some stoic short term sacrifices. Seeking the dedicated and those with high will power.

You could have Matt Hale Pvt. Park, Anders Behring Breivik Pvt. Park and Adolf Hitler Pvt. Park. Each comprised of a single lot and well-mowed.

It is difficult to accustom AmeriKwans to the levels of employment available up here, even though 5 or 6 persons have gotten very good jobs from the Williston thread. I guess most everybody either has or imagines he has 'too much to lose' to live and work up here. Very dark times.

Really, the WN scene is so much healthier and better in Europe. Many more doers there than here. It's impossible to logically deny this I think. I can't even give these away.

You'd think at least now and then a young Stormfronter might register here just to PM me about all this. But no.

Can people recommend activists to receive a lot? Ron Doggett and Jerry Abbot come to mind. April too. But I want folks who will quickly take action with resolve. Arktos. I even talked to Gliebe. He has a member base. More than most of us. Have to get some recommendations from Tom Metzger. OK with me if anyone circulates this on Stormfront in a post or two. It would likely get banned though.

The level of people who have showed up in Kalispell is about 50% good and 50% crazies. Not a good margin. The guy who gave Don black 10 grand to keep posting that the ADL was stalking him was one. Others just as off. One let his wife regularly smoke pot while she was pregnant. another a felon with a gun. Beat his girlfriend a lot. She left with their baby and his best friend, lol. Knocked up by the best friend.

Anyway, I'm going to go through with this one way or the other. once they are deeded, that's that. I am pretty sure subsequent sales will be harder to latch onto and more pricey. Locals may ice us out.

Fifteen foot fiberglass flag poles are about $218; 20 footers, maybe $300.

There are many people who could easily afford to help me with this but don't/won't. So? That's the way it is. I am also sure there are a few young couples or lone wolves who would follow through. Hard to qualkify them except via personal WN references. Young Creators welcome. Not everybody reads VNNF so help this get around, will you?

A Matt Hale Memorial Campground has a nice ring to it. If you build it, they will come...

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what sort of "buildings" are you talking about exactly? I'm currently waiting for a check to arrive and then I'll be heading up there, for a few weeks at the very least. Hopefully permanently, but we'll see.

They have elevators, escalators, Rembrandt collections, swimming pools and helipads. What do you expect?

No jetpack-access through the retractable ceiling? Anyway, I wasn't "expecting" anything, I was wondering because unless I'm reading it wrong (and I've re-read like 8 times now so I don't think I am) you mentioned buildings, but then only mentioned the prices for lots. Are these "buildings" houses, apartments, old abandoned warehouses infested with hippies? Another possibility is they're foreclosure auctioned and you bought a "lot" with a building already there. I was just wondering.

OK, I am ready now. This is an open invitation to all WN to come and settle in this town. I will reveal to you some very good news. This place is a mere one hour and 15 minutes by car to Dickinson, ND--an oil town which rivals Williston in size and scales of employment. Also, it is less time and mileage to Bismarck and Mandan, ND--both cities with burgeoning work. Register on http://jobsnd.com and search the area codes for Dickinson, Williston, Bismarck, Mandan and Watford City, All are easily commutable except the two which start with the letter 'W'. But even those are less than 3 hours away, so, for example, a women could hold down the household while her guy worked two weeks on and one off or 10 days on and 4 off (typical oil schedules; a number of variants). You can even quite easily job jump!

To give you an idea: I just spent a week in Williston. Met a boomer couple from Sacramento CA who were working for a concrete outfit and making $20 cash each at-the-end-of-the-day per hr. You can pick these jobs like fruit off trees.

You are welcome to stay rent free. You will need a basic trailer, van, pickup with low camper cover or full camper or a shack. I will let you build a shack. You can use fiberglass or thick density beadboard insulation---you know, make it 8X16 or 12x12. We need to begin now while the weather is beautiful. By the time cold weather sets in, you and your wife or girlfriend can have a free place to live and a job each paying at least $600 clear a week and maybe up to $1,400 per week. You don't pay rent, so that makes up for the gas and the commute. Bets if you have a 4 cyl truck or car. Maybe a few folks could tow a car behind a larger pickup and camper. I am willing to work with you. Just be real WNs and don't cause an inordinate about of trouble. There are no building codes in either the county or the town. Capiche?

I will spend a couple of thousand at one location in the immediate area (not more than a two minute walk for you max, probably less) to construct a brand new bath house and double toilet on the county water lines. Till then you have an outhouse. You can get water in containers at a nearby park. This is not a problem at all in warm summer weather. By fall, the heated, brand new bath house will be completed. I might ask you to help build it. Again, you can have a trailer if you want. No rent. Many WN all around if we do it right. I will expect those who get here, get good jobs and build or reside in trailer spots to help newcomers. You've got to participate in the community too.

I will be offline, most likley 3 to 4 days. maybe not but probably. PM me on VNNF if interested and give a couple of contact infos. Not gonna talk it to death with you. Either you move and do it or you don't. I did run into a guy at Williston library who asked me, "Are you Craig Cobb?". Turns out he had arrived in Williston a few days earlier, is a WN and had that day scored a job which, after 60 days probation, will clear him $6,000 to $7,000 a month! You still gotta prove to me who you are. I don't want antis around. Because I am giving this as a gift, I can legally be picky about who I wish to gift.

We'll see if there are any takers in this depression.

I'd appreciate if someone would post this now and then on Stormfront. Those people need help even more. Thx.

Thx General Lee. Next move may be to offer them $50 or $100 a week in gas subsidies till they get settled into a job...which takes a lot of people 3 to 5 days. I am really ready to go on this and find it unusual that in the midst of a major depression that at least some guys in their 20's or early to mid 30's don't jump on it. Strange times.

If I have to I will just give people as much cash as I can to come up here and do it. Maybe word/enthusiasm will spread.

(In four northwest counties there is also trillions in potash which India and China need).
