The Gingrich story about his adultery is old news although many here may not have heard it before.

VOTING IS A SCAM AND IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. It accomplishes absolutely nothing and is only an illusion for those who vote in giving them the false sense that they (voters) actually have a say in the way government is administered.

The system cannot be changed from within and this includes voting as an attempt to change the system by all of the 'kwans that are enfranchised voters. Voting is but one nexus whereby the various levels of government get their hooks into the lives of 'kwans. The Social Security scam is the actual starting point and the Social Security number is the hook that government uses to enslave all Americans who participate in the Social Security program (scam).

One who participates in the Social Security program is considered a pauper at law. PAUPERS HAVE NO RIGHTS. That's why the government at all levels will ignore the Rights of every American who demands his constitutional Rights in a court or other administrative procedure. GET OUT OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM PEOPLE! Stop using THEIR number which gives them the authority to steal your wealth and ignore your inalienable rights.

JASON LEE was completely silent. Then again, he didn't have to say much — his actions spoke louder than words ever could.

The normally mild-mannered Lee was clutching a handgun early yesterday as he hovered over a moaning, bloodied would-be thief outside his West Oak Lane breakfast shop.

Gary Williams had been shot in the face and back. Inside the diner, his accomplice, Cornell Toombs, lay dead in a pool of blood from a gunshot wound to the head.

And Lee, who had just saved his family and beaten two thugs in a pulse-pounding gunfight, hadn't even broken a sweat, said a wide-eyed neighbor who captured part of the encounter on a cell-phone camera.

"He had the situation completely under control," said the neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous.

"He looked at me for a split-second and then focused on what he had to do. They messed with the wrong guy."

The saga started about 6:30 a.m. when the two gunmen entered Sunrise Breakfast, on Washington Lane near Thouron Street, and announced a holdup, said Chief Inspector Joe Fox, head of detectives.

Toombs, 20, went behind the lunch counter, where Lee, his wife and another employee were getting ready for the day, Fox said.

Lee grabbed his six-shot revolver — for which he had a permit — and fired at Toombs, who was standing next to him behind the counter, Fox said.

Toombs, of Tulpehocken Street near Mansfield Avenue, immediately fell dead from a bullet in the head.

Williams, 24, blasted two shots at Lee, who returned fire and wounded him, Fox said. Williams, of Mohican Street near Lowber Avenue, was listed in stable condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center.

"The actions that he took were actions that you don't normally expect someone to take, but he did the right thing," Fox said. He said police recovered the robbers' weapons at the scene.

The loud shots stirred the witness from his sleep and prompted him to grab his daughter's cell phone and dash to the street.

He saw Lee standing over Williams for a few minutes before going back into the diner, presumably to call 911.

"Then [Williams] started to get up and tried to move, but [Lee] came back out and said, 'Get down! Get down!' It didn't take much to get him back on the ground," said the neighbor, who filmed the scene on the cell phone for about 40 seconds.

Williams clutched his face and writhed on the ground in agony.

"He really wasn't angry," the neighbor said of Lee. "He was pretty nice, considering [Williams] had just tried to rob and shoot him."

Residents and onlookers applauded Lee's dose of street justice as welcome in a community plagued by mayhem-minded young toughs.

"Good — he should have killed both of them," one passer-by said.

Neighbor Deserie Jones-Wright, a retired city police officer who eats at the diner every Saturday morning, agreed.

"He sent a message loud and clear — I think everybody's going to think twice before they try something like this again," she said.

Outside the diner later yesterday morning, birds pecked at frozen blood on the ground and hopped around a bloodied tooth.

Shattered glass from the diner's picture window piled like drifted snow on the sidewalk, while a blue neon sign advertising "Breakfast All Day" swayed in the frigid breeze.

The bespectacled diner owner and his wife, who left the scene mid-morning, declined to comment to reporters.

Investigators called the shooting a clear example of self-defense.

"He was defending his family as far as I'm concerned," Fox said. He did what he had to do."

Detectives said last night that Lee was robbed at gunpoint six months ago. They were unable to confirm reports that Lee was involved in a similar shoot-out more than a dozen years ago, but expected more information to come to light today.

Almost four hours after the shootout, crime-scene workers carted the dead robber out of the diner in a blue body-bag as onlookers watched wordlessly.

Later, neighbors lamented the neighborhood's problems with punks, pointing to a half-dozen businesses nearby that had been robbed in recent years. Sunrise Breakfast had been there only about a year, replacing a television repair shop, neighbors said.

"Some mother's son is laying in there because he didn't want to get a job," said one neighbor who asked that her name be withheld for fear of reprisals. "These kids today just don't want to work for a living."

Passer-by Anne Dukes agreed: "I'm even afraid to carry my pocketbook in the street."

The neighbor who filmed Lee said he always worried that the soft-spoken shop owner would be victimized in the early-morning hours.

"He looks unassuming, so maybe these guys thought he was an easy mark," he said. "Obviously, he was ready for them."

"But given what I know about young fellas today, I wouldn't be surprised if someone would try this again," he said. "I wouldn't be surprised if he has to shoot somebody next month."

Jones-Wright said her 8-year-old son is still emotionally recovering from getting shot in the face at nearby Washington Lane and Thouron Street last May.

In that incident, Jahbarie Francis was caught in the crossfire of dueling thugs as he, his mother and friends arrived home from the movies on Memorial Day. One suspected gunman was nabbed and is charged with attempted murder.

"I couldn't even get him out to go to school this morning," Jones-Wright said of her son. "He was holding onto me, and he was like: 'No, Mommy, I don't want to go outside!' He was traumatized. This right here brought it back all over again." *

Before you consider purchasing Micro$oft products remember Gates' promotion of foreign workers in America which displaces American workers. What better reason to use pirted Micro$oft products.
