NORTH CANTON, Ohio - A pregnant woman vanished from her home, leaving behind broken furniture, a pool of bleach on the floor and just one witness — a 2-year-old son who told police, "Mommy's crying ... Mommy's in the rug."
Investigators would not elaborate on the meaning of the child's statement, but a bed comforter was missing from Jessie Davis' home.

Authorities said Monday they had no suspects in the disappearance of Davis, 26, who is nine months pregnant.

Davis' mother, Patricia Porter, was the last person to have a conversation with Davis when she spoke to her daughter Wednesday by phone. Police and 60 to 70 volunteers searched over the weekend but found no leads.

"You just feel absolutely numb," Porter said. "I see her picture on television and I think, 'Oh my God, what a beautiful girl.' And then it hits you, 'That's my girl.'"

Porter, 60, discovered the toddler alone when she went to check on her daughter Friday morning. The home's sliding patio door was unlocked, and Davis' car was still at the duplex.

Investigators said the father of both the boy and Davis' unborn baby is a police patrolman who is estranged from his wife.

Rick Perez, chief deputy at the Stark County Sheriff's Department, would not comment on the relationship between Canton police patrolman Bobby Cutts Jr. and Davis. Perez said Cutts and his estranged wife are among those cooperating with investigators.

Cutts, 30, and his wife also had at least one child together.

Porter said that when she didn't hear from her daughter Thursday, she went to Davis' home near this northeast Ohio city and found her grandson, Blake, wearing a dirty diaper.

The mattress in Davis' bedroom was partially off the bed, a night stand and lamp had been knocked over and bleach had been poured on the bedroom floor, Porter said.

Davis' son later told detectives: "Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in the rug."

Items from Davis' purse were scattered on the kitchen floor. Davis' cell phone also is missing, investigators said.

"Knowing my daughter, she was so immaculate that anything out of place in my mind seemed like shambles," Porter said.

Porter, who is now caring for her grandson, said her daughter planned to name her baby daughter Chloe.

"She was in good spirits," Porter said. "She was excited about the baby. She was getting ready to pack a suitcase for Chloe and for herself. You could see she'd been hanging up the baby clothes."

Davis is employed by Allstate Insurance at a call center in nearby Hudson, company spokesman Mike Siemienas said Monday.

Co-worker Dianna Piltz sent Davis a text message at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday that wasn't returned.

"We freak out when she's a couple minutes late. She's pregnant, and you always worry about pregnant women," Piltz said.

Neighbors reported they did not notice anything suspicious before the disappearance, Perez said.

A neighbor on Davis' leafy, middle-class street said Davis lived a low-key life.

"Every now and then we'd see her out and about," said Jeff Midkiff, 46. "She would wave, or whatever. She seemed like a very quiet person."

North Canton is south of Cleveland in northeastern Ohio.

In 2000 in nearby Ravenna, a pregnant woman was killed and her baby was cut out by a woman who claimed she was pregnant and took the victim's baby as her own. She killed herself five days later.

On December 30 of that year Cutts pleaded no contest. He was fined $100 and told to pay court costs as well. A payment of $180 was tendered on January 30, 1999.

Only two men named Bobby Cutts show up in those Stark County court records, one of them born in 1956.

If this is the same Bobby Cutts, living in the same county and the same age as the man who fathered both Jessie Davis’s son and her unborn child, his having pleaded no contest once to a trespassing charge as well as being subject to a no-contact order is interesting.

Mother convinced stranger abducted her pregnant daughter

The mother of Jessie Marie Davis is convinced her daughter was abducted.

Davis, 26, is nine-months pregnant, and no one is known to have talked with her since Wednesday night.

Patty Porter said she is convinced it was a stranger who abducted her daughter from Davis’ Lake Township duplex.

“My mind does not allow me to think this is anyone I’ve ever seen,” she said.

The family has to consider the possibility, Porter said, that Davis was abducted by someone who wanted her unborn baby. (If that's the case then I'd say they're in for a fucking surprise, aren't they? I haven't seen too much evidence of baby-snatchers pining away for mulatto kids.)
“I don’t know and because we don’t know we can’t rule that out,” she said. (Good call, Nancy Grace.)

She asked that people be looking for a newborn girl, as well as her daughter.

Davis’ 2-year-old son, Blake, was found in the duplex alone Friday morning. He spoke of his mother breaking a table, crying and “in rug.”

Porter said he has not mentioned anyone else being in the duplex.

She said she believes the toddler was in the duplex alone all day Thursday. His diaper was messy and he had food in his bedroom, something his mother did not allow.

Since the case broke over the weekend, national media, including CNN and FOX, has moved into the area. Porter said she doesn’t mind the glut of attention because that means people are taking an interest in finding her missing daughter.

But the attention to Davis’ personal life has been intrusive.

“This isn’t about every issue in her life,” Porter said. “This is about bringing her home.” (You mean the fact that she's fucking a married Nigger cop whose already given her one bastard mulatto. Yeah, you're right, nothing to do with case..........)

PLAIN TWP. As neighbors and media watched, FBI agents and sheriff’s deputies searched the home of Bobby L. Cutts Jr.

Cutts is the father of the 2-year-old son of Jessie Marie Davis, a nine months pregnant woman who has been missing since last week.

A K-9 was used to search the house inside.

No one at the house would comment. One man who left the home refused to identify himself and, when asked what officials were looking for , said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. It happens everyday.” Asked specifically about the officers investigating, he added, “in anybody’s world.” (Might happen every day to Niggers, but my home hasn't been searched by the police in....oh......fucking never! God, Niggers are funny.)

The house is a split-level at 7438 Ayrshire Ave. NE.

Most neighbors wouldn’t comment. One woman who would not give her name says she knows Cutts only in that their children go to kindergarten together and her husband graduated from GlenOalk High School with him. She described him as “real nice.”

All of the windows in the Cutts home were covered by blinds or drapes and the garage windows appeared to be covered by a blanket. A small boy pushed a toy lawnmower across the front lawn, but most of the activity consisted of officers going in and out of the house. (The "Cutts home?? I thought this Nigger "be estranged" from his wife???? Sounds like he's still shacking up with her.)

Two things stand out here:

#1 How does a Nigger with a criminal record get to be a police officer?! Oh, forgot, we live in the "Kwa" don't we? Nevermind.

#2 White women, if you give a Nigger the pussy and then try to break it off later, you can EXPECT to be stalked and harrassed until that Nigger either kills you or gets arrested. What are the chances the cops other woman (or silverback) was the one to kill her? I assume she's dead due to the bleach and the comments of the child.

I'm putting my money on the cop having killed her since the toddler was left alive. Due to the toddler saying his mother was crying, that leads me to believe perhaps she was in an argument with the guy, and he killed her in a rage.

I'm no detective, but that seems to be about the standard TNB.
