That means anybody can use any name as a handle for their posts. Parody is the name of the game there and you can't tell who's written what.

My guess -- only a guess -- is that the "Tom Shelly" posting here is one of the NIM Busters, possibly Unknown Fucktard, who I believe does many of the more elaborate impersonations. He's very good at it. Lloyd Davies is a continual target on the board (he's a Ham radio operator), as is NewsGuy (him I don't know), and "Tom Shelly" lambastes both people in his posts here on VNNF.

I emailed Tom Shelly about this matter on September 12 (shelly@cryptoheaven.com per his Niggermania page http://niggermania.com/tom/). No reply yet, and combined with his absence from the Niggermania forum have to assume he's out of commission right now.

I emailed the Niggermania webmaster on September 16 (raptorman@niggermania.com per this page http://niggermania.com/). He replied the same day, saying "I can assure you that is NOT TOM SHELLY."

I sent a message to VNN Forum Admin by using the "Contact Us" form on September 16. I advised them that this Tom Shelly is an impostor and pasted the text from my exchange with the Niggermania webmaster which included URL's of the fake Tom Shelly's posts. I offered to forward the emails. I've received no reply.

So -- all I know to do is keep an eye on him and try to stop him from doing any damage. Any better ideas?

Niggermania's forum has greatly declined in quality. It makes me sick to see them permit all kinds of shit-talking against Arabs, but anyone who mentions JEWS is instantly silenced.

But yeah, many of the posters on NM are quite hysterical in their beliefs - all non-blacks are equal, for instance, is something people profess over there.

They are somewhat tolerant of the postings. While you can't outright name the Jew, I've posted at least a dozen overthrow.com articles and YouTube videos that have have a swastika in them without a problem.
