One Hundred Thousand Illegal Aliens Leave Oklahoma

In November of 2007, Oklahoma’s state law H.B. 1804 took effect.

The law prohibits illegal aliens from getting driver’s licenses and specific government benefits, it prohibits the sheltering and transport of illegal aliens, and it allows local police to enforce immigration law in the normal course of their duties.
Several months later, it certainly looks like the law has been successful. FAIR (the Federation for American Immigration Reform) has reported that since H.B. 1804 was enacted, 100,000 illegal aliens have left the state of Oklahoma, either returning to the home country or to another U.S. state with more liberal laws.


This shows the effectiveness of state laws designed to crack down on illegal immigration, which show what can be done when a government is determined to enforce the law.

100,000 Illegal Aliens Estimated to Have Left Oklahoma as a Result of Local Enforcement Measure

We’ve all heard the same line from Republicans and Democrats pushing a massive amnesty for illegal aliens: We have to find a way to “legalize” the illegal aliens already here, because we cannot deport 12 or 15 million people. That false choice between mass amnesty and mass deportation has been the basis for the pro-amnesty advocates’ argument, and was designed to deliberately preclude effective alternatives that the majority of Americans support.

The most viable strategy for the reduction of the millions of illegal aliens that amnesty advocates do not want the American people to know about is attrition through enforcement. FAIR has long argued that if we prosecute employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens, bar illegal aliens from receiving non-essential government benefits and services, and empower local police to enforce immigration laws, many illegal aliens would voluntarily leave the United States.

Much to the consternation of amnesty lobbyists, that is exactly what is happening in places where local governments have instituted local enforcement policies. On November 1, 2007, Oklahoma began implementing a state-based enforcement policy, known as Oklahoma Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act of 2007 (H.B. 1804). This policy makes it very difficult for illegal aliens to work and access government benefits and services, and empowers local law enforcement to act when they encounter people who are in the country illegally.

These policies have worked even more effectively than FAIR could have predicted. Since taking effect, an estimated 100,000 illegal aliens have moved out of Oklahoma. It is unclear how many simply relocated to other areas of the country, but many have given up and returned to their homelands. As stated by the author of the Oklahoma law, State Representative Randy Terrell:

“HB 1804 proves that attrition through enforcement works. All you have to do is enforce the law, deny them the jobs, deny them the public benefits, give state and local law enforcement the ability to enforce federal immigration law, and the illegal aliens will simply self-deport. And it will solve the problem.”

FAIR and the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) worked closely with Rep. Terrill to draft H.B. 1804, which has withstood legal challenges from the pro-illegal alien? advocacy network. Immigration reform activists in other states are now looking at the Oklahoma law as a model for what can be achieved in their own states. As more state and local governments adopt their own enforcement policies, there will be fewer places where illegal aliens will be able to find jobs and access to benefits. We are likely to see many follow the lead of illegal aliens in Oklahoma and simply return home.

Same thing is happening in my county, Prince William County (VA). The muds are moving to neighboring Fairfax County or Maryland. Those areas have faggoty politicians that would rather not deal with the problem.

I once had a radio host tell me it is impossible to eliminate 40 million people from the country without "cattle cars". I told him we'd find better accomodations, but the elimination of millions of people is certainly technically possible.

All over the country, this kind of legislation is causing 10% - 40% of mestizos to flee. If applied nationally, 15.2 million mestizos would leave the country within four months.

It just makes sense. Why shoot them, when we can eliminate them through normal law enforcement?

Yup. That's the standard line. 'There's no way to deport this many people". I have argued for years - no need to deport all those people. You dry up all the government goodies, all the special treatment and begin to enforce our laws and huge numbers of them will self deport. Then you can begin dealing with the rest. That is what is happening - but because this is NOT nationwide, they are self deporting to other states who will now suffer far more than they have so far. Oh well, they might as well get used to it because unless that border is closed and we enforce our laws across this nation, then they were destined to get all these subhumans anyway.

They are here to steal what they can where they can. Cut that off, they have no reason to remain.

One thing I immediately noticed after this went into effect; there's not 100's of mexishits standing in the downtown and other areas looking for work now. In fact the city has now cleaned those areas up and are putting in luxury apartments in the old 1890-1900 era brick warehouses, which they couldn't before because of the human filth.


I've heard all the ones that Oklahoma throws out, Texas takes in so I feel sorry for the Whites down there, but Texas doesn't seem to want to get rid of them.

What a great idea, cut em off from all benefits and employment. Punish the assholes that do hire them severely, it will go away. give the employers some of the hospital bills they generate and make them liable, that will take care of this immigration shit, yesterday.
