I am posting this statement publicly and have made another statement on our e-list. I am still working on the DNS Server for Overthrow, but will post a statement there.

Today, the FBI raided the court appointed expert who had been placed in charge of our hard drives, in violation of a court order and in contempt of the authority of the US District Court, and seized copies of the drives of our main web server and my personal computer.

In response, we are preparing criminal contempt motions asking that the court appointed computer expert, who appears complicit in this, and the FBI agent in charge, be imprisoned for violating a court protective order that stated that United States of America, the Department of Justice, and all its agencies were not permitted access to any information on those drives without the permission of the court.

However, the information has been stolen, forceably, by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Fortunately, the actual information seized is very limited, and consists almost entirely of public information, with the exception of personal letters and the rest that are present on my hard drive.

This is a truly criminal action by the United States government, and for which we hope the individuals involved will be imprisoned. However, we have a long legal fight ahead of us to get justice for these criminal acts that were conducted under the color of a criminal investigation into civil rights violations by Dr John Henry, a man who has never had any involvement with the American National Socialist Workers Party, myself, any company I own, or any of the information on those hard drives.

Read the release, melcur. They didn't raid me; they raided the government's computer expert.

They can't get a search warrant on me because, after month's of investigation and subpoenas and depositions, they have nothing. So, instead, they raided this guy who just broke the court order he was under and illegally turned over all the information he had been ordered not to give them.

It was a backdoor to violating our fourth amendment rights and the court order, because they had nothing on me -- not even enough to trump up a grand jury investigaiton.

Because I would have gone to prison for violating a court order if I had not provided the information.

The bottom line is that there is a woman named Lori Wagner, who lives at 3628 TODDSBURY LN OLNEY, MD 20832, who is a prosecutor with the Department of Justice and who was assigned the task of framing me on whatever charge she could find.

After months in court, she not only had nothing to charge me with, but had a judge tell her he would not hold me in contempt for posting her home address online, and who has so far declined to restrain me.

She is convinced that I have something that I have withheld from her. Really, she is so mad and determined to get me at all costs that both reason and the law no longer matter to her. So, rather than obey the law, she has deliberately violated a court order by having a grand jury issue a subpoena and turn over to her information that a court has ordered that she is not permitted to have.

Right now, we are working on a number of orders and preparing to have her arrested by the court, along with this fellow Dardick and several other people. However, it may take a week or two to get them into court.

When a Judge issues a Court Order, the only way to take action against those involved in the Court Order, is to get a higher Court to overrule the 1st Judge.

If this was not done, which it looks like it was not, this is serious. Judges do not issue Court Orders just to hear themselves talk. They mean what they say.

The taking of the hard drive information is obviously a fishing expedition. The hours of depositions you gave was also a fishing expedition.

It appears to me that they are going to try to "Hale" you into prison.

This goes beyond fishing. We've been dealing with a fishing expedition since the DoJ started three months ago. This is a case where a judge has said "this information may not be turned over to the Department of Justice or the FBI" and so the FBI decided to go and attack an officer of the court and just take it.

Essentially, the FBI decided to mug a judge and steal sealed court files because they didn't like a court order. Its quite amazing.

The irony, of course, is that the total of everything they are risking prison over is essentially a database of articles posted on Overthrow.com and some personal files of my own -- nothing of any substance.

Thank you, melcur. I've spent about $30,000 defending the first set of subpoenas and will probably spend another $100,000 pursuing this case, but I will do it all for your goodwill and $100 bill.

Yeah. This is really shocking. My attorneys are stunned just trying to figure out what argument they're going to make that they should not all be immediately arrested and disbarred.

The thing here, Von, is that all of the disks have already been forensically examined and determined to contain nothing of any relevance, they are all under protective orders, and just creating an index of some of the keywords these guys demanded took the forensic expert a month. There were something like 170,000 files on the disks, comprising several million pages, mostly articles from the pre-Sep 07 Overthrow.com. They know there is nothing there -- and yet they insist upon taking it.

I spent seven hours being asked if melcur was the real commander of the ANSWP and answering questions about every other bogus internet rumor the government could find. All of that, and they still don't know where I live ...

They can't even dream up a conspiracy at this point, and they just seem, frnakly, desperate.

If they had anything they would've gotten a search warrant and had me before the grand jury, not this poor sucker Henry.
