Alex, I went through every speech that Goebbels did that I could find here:

and the only reference to the "big lie" that I could find related to what Goebbels said that English leaders were doing to their people-lying to them.

I went through it some years ago and I make a point of straightening out the record when I hear people use the words "big lie" and the Nazis in the same sentence.
