Ed Miliband is a f****** communist, says Noel Gallagher

Noel Gallagher has warned Ed Miliband is a 'f******* communist' who will 'fail us all' if Labour wins the election next week.

The former Oasis guitarist admitted that he did not plan to vote on Thursday because he could not 'get behind' any of the parties.

His foul-mouthed outburst at Mr Miliband is a long way from New Labour's Cool Brittania heyday, when he happily posed for pictures with Tony Blair in Number 10.

Two decades ago, Oasis were riding high in the charts and were easily won over by New Labour's appeal.

Appearing on Alan Carr's Chatty Man to be broadcast tonight, Gallagher was asked if he had 'fallen out of love with' Mr Blair.

He replied: 'Not really. Happy days. Happy days for us all. The nineties were great and that first period of New Labour, as they called it, was great.

'They kind of lucked out a bit because when they got in the internet exploded, so the economy exploded. When politicians get in, nothing really changes.'

But he appeared unimpressed with the current crop of political leaders. 'I'm not sure I can get behind any of them at the minute,' Gallagher said.

'I dunno. The fact that Cameron didn't turn up for the debate is a disgrace. I think that Miliband, if he gets in, is just going to fail us.'

Carr urged him to give Mr Miliband a 'bloody chance'. 'Look at his little face, how can you say that?,' said the host.

'Because he is a f**king communist,' Gallagher replied.

The High Flying Birds frontman also dismissed SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon as 'the other unpleasant little woman from over the border' with 'cheap shoes'.

Gallagher went on 'When politicians get in, nothing really changes. If no one voted, and I'm not saying that no one should vote, but if nobody voted and you wake up the next day and no one gets voted in, we're still going to go to work in the morning.

'Life's not going to end. But I'm not going to vote this time because I missed my postal vote and I'm going to America in the morning. I would have voted for the most ludicrous thing - the Monster Raving Loony Party or something.'

Gallagher also revealed that he has no stylist, saying: 'A stylist? I had a stylist once. She was called mum and when I got to about 11 she got the sack.'

'So no, I don't have a stylist, and I find people that do have stylists - they're just squares... Rock stars shouldn't have stylists. I think it says a lot about you when you have one. You've given up. If you can't dress yourself what are you?'
