Apparently, the pigs were called on a naked sheboon. The pigs got her in a squad car but when they arrived at the hospital, she became agitated again. The pigs fought with her and one just gets out of control and starts punching the boon over and over, after the boon has turned away. The naked sheboon is clearly no threat to three or four pigs.
