The station is running a disclaimer before the Miller ads, which is allowed under FCC rules, although the disclaimer cannot criticize or support the commercials.
Of course the selective use of disclaimers is in itself a slimy, jewy method of inferred criticism. The scum ought to be forced to put disclaimers on the Repulicrap ads as well.
