WOODBRIDGE, Va.- In Virginia, a 19-year-old Ronald Francis Dorsey Jr has been charged with the murder of two women who worked for the program, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Both women worked for the non-profit organization which facilitates independent living for young adults. The department did not name the organization.
The department said on the morning of August 5, officers went to the 12300 block of Pond Run Drive in Woodbridge to investigate the disappearance of Erica Janelle Hickson, age 37. "When officers arrived they spoke to a staff member... who reported that the victim... went missing at some point during her shift [on the morning of August 4]," police said.
A youth counselor at the same non-profit, Lizeth Yadira Lopez, age 36, had gone missing earlier this year and was found dead on April 29.
