Jails are notorious for refusing to treat medical conditions of inmates. For whatever reason they do this, I have trouble believing they are allowing him access to his prescribed medication. They do this sort of quiet killing even when the System-foe, *or* two-bit criminal, isn't resented by the average slob.
Namely a former senator or congressman who was framed and imprisoned for defying Israel. He managed to survive his incarceration, even when they tried to force him to take medicine for a "twisted aorta", something he didn't even have! It would have killed him. He was on Alex Jones.
