Looks like a giant stable, but it's not surprising when you think about the people it was built for. The purpose of this kind of architecture is function, not aesthetics. Working class folks are not interested in it anyway, they regard it as useless. The real funny part is the luxury aspect: still for cattle, only with a higher price tag.
