I recently read The Axmann Conspiracy: The Nazi Plan for a Fourth Reich and How the US Army Defeated It by Scott Andrew Selby, Berkley Caliber (New York), 2012.

Despite the sensationalistic, inaccurate title, it is actually a serious and level-headed examination of a post-WWII NS resistance movement led by the Hitler Youth leadership. Very informative.

The best book that I have seen on the Free Corps movement is Robert G. L. Waite's Vanguard of Nazism: The Free Corps Movement in Postwar Germany 1918-1923 (published 1952).

At this point, the standard text on the post-WWII Werwolf resistance is Perry Biddiscombe's: Werwolf! The History of the National Socialist Guerilla Movement 1944-1946 (University of Toronto Press, no date but circa 1997/1998).
