The Defense in this case is just desperate…billing hours and making money…they should have cut a deal….this kind of testimony is just nonsense…the racist is going to the pokey for the rest of his life…maybe they can find him a jewish or black cell mate…although that might be difficult in Idaho….but I’m sure it can be arranged
