These are not Serbs but Germans a.k.a. Volksdeutscher:

they placed swastika sign on their arm so they could be removed from Yugoslav Army and placed in Prinz Eugen SS which has been made out of Volksdeutscher from Croatia, Serbia and Hungary...

As for those "papers" they are not legal nor authentic...

First this are not the official papers that were used by Germans.
Second Papers have no official "German Reich" Seal or signature.

As for the SS volunteer divisions, and regular volunteer division we can look at this German made map:

as we can see there is none Serbian Volunteer regiments, and there certainly is no Serbian SS regiment.

And those soldiers did not have any SS sig runes which as well means they were not a part of SS, nor did they have SS uniforms, acutally they didn't have even regular german uniforms... revisionism fail.
