They can point to women's "sufferage" (isn't that a clever word), but it makes no difference when the founders weren't on the level. Their intent was clearly to do harm. It was designed for an end that didn't have anything directly to do with women. Geez, all one would need to do is look at their hideous faces to see that. The founders knew that they would be long dead before they could see the results of their handiwork.
