Depends on what your idea is of Western. Nationalsocialism was just Greco-Roman thinking in the 20th century. The Italians blazed the trail with Fascism, but Mussolini admitted that he did not confront Jewry earlier because he felt they were too strong. Most of the aesthetics and tactics the NSDAP used were taken directly from the Italians (who in turn were partially influenced by the Futurists), even the part with Hitler and Goebbels gesticulating like a WOP after too many glasses of wine. If you've ever met a German in real life you'll realize that they don't normally act that way.

I would say NS is Greco-Roman thought and aesthetics with German engineering. The painstaking attention to technical detail it requires to give BMW's their signature turn was utilized for fighting Jewry. Can't get any more Western than that. German + Greco Roman is the epitome of the West.

If you consider the "west" to be a Christian phenomenon like E. Michael Jones does, then no. The same goes for people who equate the West with Enlightenment Anglo-liberalism.
