Interesting re rural.
Living in a rural place I've noticed the heavy drinking, which surprised me, as people seem otherwise pretty wholesome.
If there really is a connection between sail foams and brain tumors--imagine the carnage.
People can blather themselves to death, while pickling themselves in alcohol at the same time.
