Now about the history
1) It was Sergey Degayev (1857–1921), who in the United States changed his name to Alexander Pell. The University of South Dakota is still giving students grants in his honor -

2)
"Three separate treaties constituted the peace settlement.
The Peace of Münster was signed by the Dutch Republic and the Kingdom of Spain on 30 January 1648, and was ratified in Münster on 15 May 1648.
Two complementary treaties were signed on 24 October 1648:
The Treaty of Münster (Instrumentum Pacis Monasteriensis, IPM), between the Holy Roman Emperor and France, along with their respective allies
The Treaty of Osnabrück (Instrumentum Pacis Osnabrugensis, IPO), between the Holy Roman Empire and Sweden, along with their respective allies." - Wikipedia.
I believe that the main event in the life of any state is the acquisition of sovereignty. Thanks to these peace treaties, sovereignty was acquired by the
Netherlands and
Switzerland. They should be considered to have received the greatest benefit from these events.
Of these two, the
Netherlands received more from the peace treaty, since its signing stop the Eighty Years' War.
