But do emotionally stable, competent people who really want to move forward make a point of mentioning the soap opera they're not commenting on?
And don't forget Kevin Lamb, the last editor to part company. Why would a highbrow journal whose strategy is to appeal to "elites" have these frequent shakeups? VNN, enfant terrible and all, is an oasis of calm professionalism in comparison.
