Yes, I post urls that are anonymized to protect certain sites harvesting IP addresses from people who click on the links. I have used them to troll anti sites and so I post the ones I consider to be efficient for those wishing to do the same.
I do not use one to post on VNN which is what you were trying to insinuate.
