More coronavirus cases confirmed in Staffordshire as shoppers criticise 'greedy' and 'selfish' bulk-buyers
Marc Espley said: "I work in distribution. I, and thousands like me, will still be delivering into supermarkets on a daily basis. There is no need to bulk buy products. Shop as normal, all you’ve done is purchased four years worth of bog roll and pasta for no reason."
And Stephen Pugh said: "I work on the engineering side at a distribution centre for a Sainsbury's.
"There's s**t loads of food stock coming through the doors. You don't need to panic buy. You're putting extra stress on the deliveries. Stop being thick and just think."
Mum Hannah Anwyl, aged 20, said: "To all the selfish people thats bulk buying baby stuff. Thanks to you my daughter had only a few nappies and one pack of wipes to last her.
"I get paid monthly so I don't get to go and keep stocking up like most of you.
"I'm 20 years old and trying my best to supply my eight-month-old daughter with the thing she needs and can't because of people's selfishness."
Someone once said our society is just five meals away from cannibalism. If the morons don't stop this panic buying I can see martial law being declared within 14 days.
