Getting ahead of myself and regarding the rest of your post I wouldn't exclude the possibility that , with the fortune you describe that one 'red brother' and that one 'red sister' has made , that they don't secretly spend their money on alcoholic excellence . .

Exhibit A makes investments for the Cherokee Nation. Investment capital is derived from gubmint casinos. His only account for years. Jim has made at least a million a year in commissions for the past 10.
Exhibit B. Sandra is a wholesale tobacco distributor. As an Indian entrepreneur , no state or federal taxes are collected. Her fortune is obvious with one visit to her home.

Injun upper class ?
. . but I suppose they spend all their 'wealth' for 'them red brothers and sisters' instead of rich people of our race ( like Trump ) who spend it on charitable causes . .

All I can say is , I , as a German living in Germany , have never witnessed an American Injun , in a prominent job inside the USA . .
Apart from that 'Tatanka'-guy whose video I have linked to in my OP , the only successful Injun I ever witnessed was this. .
. . and even back then he couldn't "go out" w / out a policeman , a fireman and someone from the Navy to protect him . . . .
