Lynch, who also is a key adviser to Gov. Paterson, came under fire from members of SL Green Realty after it was revealed that Lynch had set up a meeting between the governor and the Rev. Floyd Flake, whose AEG consortium recently was selected to build and run the "racino" at Aqueduct Racetrack.
