I think many people make a big deal out of the 'out of africa' theory, because of their flawed (and quite ironic) assumption that all of africa = modern day west african negroes, and thus if humans all came out of africa, then everyone must have been a west african negro at some point and therefore 'race don't matta yay'.

Problem is, even if this was true, this would mean that west african negroes have not evolved in 250 thousand years, making them evolutionarily stunted compared to other races.....so again, even if this was true (it isn't), it wouldn't help the racial equality argument any better.

Truth is, it doesn't really matter where 'humans' originated because archaic humans did not belong to any modern day race of people.
