I think we can assume the entire ruling caste is immersed in such disgusting depraved decadent behaviour.One can look at any strata of society and see quite clearly the presence of such blighters.Take the strata of society that claim to be white nationalists.Evidence posted here in defence and admiration of sexual deviants indicate that the preponderance of sexual deviancy among wn's is as great as among the ruling caste.
