I don't see much of a difference. Except national-socialism is an idea, a doctrine, a world view, a system and socialist nationalism is unheard and not used by anybody, at least I haven't heard.
And it depends how you will see "socialist". If it is in the national-socialist way it would be the country to be more social and caring for the ones who are in need and to make it so more babies are born.
If you take the marxist meaning of "socialist" then it will be more like North Korea.
