A 22-year-old man who raped two 13-year-old girls in his car after supplying them with alcohol has been jailed for 14 years.

Munshur Ali, from Hyde in Greater Manchester, asked his victims for directions and began chatting with them before offering the young girls a lift.

Ali drove the girls to an off licence in Stockport and bought them a bottle of vodka to drink.

He then took them to a church and raped the pair twice in the back of his car.

While passing sentence, Judge Peter Larkin said: "You subjected these two vulnerable, naive 13-year-olds to a terrifying ordeal."

The judge described the 22-year-old as "devious and manipulative".

He said: "Not only have you made serious and deeply unpleasant allegations against the two girls, you also concocted a defence to fit the prosecution evidence against you."

I think he was a sly, evil person... and he went out on this evening knowing that his intention was to get vulnerable girls into his car and rape them.

The girls' mothers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told Sky News their children were just too trusting.

"We are absolutely devastated," one mother said.

"To any other young girls, I just want to say if you are going out - stay with a group... And never get into anyone's car."

The second mother said: "It's easy to say don't drink, but it's part of growing up. And it's so easy to get hold of alcohol now - I think the Government needs to crack down on that.

"They are not the same children now. He didn't show any remorse at court, joking with his friends. It's disgusting."

Speaking outside court, Detective Constable Lindsey Morgan said: "Both the girls have basically lost their innocent childhood, and they are traumatised by what's happened to them."

When asked about Munshur Ali she commented: "I think he was a sly, evil person... and he went out on this evening knowing that his intention was to get vulnerable girls into his car and rape them."

Both victims initially kept their ordeal a secret, but one of them eventually broke down in front of her mother 48 hours later.

The girls smuggled wine and beer into a bedroom while watching the ITV1 talent show, and later went out to meet school friends on a Saturday night.

But on their way they were lured into a car by a passing motorist who plied them with vodka before raping them in turn in a secluded street.

Today Munshur Ali, 22, from Hyde, Greater Manchester, was branded “devious and manipulative” by the judge who jailed him.

Outside court the 38-year-old mother of one of his victims said: “This is every parent’s worst nightmare. It’s so easy for a parent to say to their teenage children `Don’t drink`, but unfortunately these days it seems to be part of growing up.

“It’s so easy to get hold of cheap alcohol now from supermarkets and off licences and I think the government needs to crack down on that. We live in a cheap booze society and it can make children like our girls very vulnerable.

“We had no idea they were drinking in the bedroom because it was a girls’ sleepover and we just assumed they would be watching TV before meeting their friends.

“They were very naïve and they were too trusting of that man when they got into his car. He exploited them for his own satisfaction.”

She added: “My daughter was scared to tell me because she had been drinking, but no matter what - you have to tell somebody. It's not their fault, and if they don't tell anyone - someone could get away with it.

“I think our girls have both been very brave and very strong but it's clearly affected them.''

The other mother, aged 41, said: “Our girls are not the same children now. This man disrespected our girls, and then disrespected them again by claiming they had come onto him. We are absolutely devastated.”

Ali, who had been due to enter into an arranged marriage, ensnared the girls after they secretly raided a drinks cabinet, got drunk and then boarded a bus in Newton, near Hyde.

They were near a fish and chip shop when the rapist pulled up in his Ford Fiesta on the pretext of asking for directions to Birmingham.

The girls accepted a lift to a friend’s house, but instead he drove them to a Bargain Booze where he bought them a cheap bottle of vodka.

When he finally set about molesting them, one of them said: “Get off, I’m only 13.” But he ignored her.

The teenagers were later driven around the area before being set free and making their way back to the house in which they were staying.

Ali had denied three charges of rape. Passing sentence at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester, Judge Peter Lakin told Ali: “You realised these vulnerable, naive 13 years old girls were drunk and you cynically took advantage of them by luring them into your car.”

A Muslim man who raped women to 'teach them a lesson' for being on the streets at night was jailed indefinitely today because of the danger he poses to women.

Sunny Islam, 23, who comes from a strict Muslim family, dragged his terrified victims - including a 15-year-old - from the street at knifepoint, bound and assaulted them during a two-month reign of terror.

Police fear that Islam may have attacked many more.

Three of the assaults took place close to his home in Barking, east London, while a fourth occurred in nearby Forest Gate.

Judge Patricia Lees, sentencing him to a minimum of 11 years, said: 'The harm you have done to your victims is incalculable.

'The nature and extent of these offences drives me to the conclusion that you represent an extreme and continuing danger to women, particularly those out at night.'

He was traced through the number plate of his girlfriend's car after he kidnapped and raped the 15-year-old in September 2010.

He grabbed her from behind as she walked home with a friend and bundled her into the car at knifepoint before driving to a secluded spot where he raped her twice despite her claiming she was only 11 years old

A policeman was starting an 18-year jail sentence today for sex abuse which a judge described as one of the ‘most despicable’ cases he had ever heard.

The 43-year-old officer was sacked from Thames Valley Police after being disciplined for repeatedly threatening witnesses who had lodged complaints against him.

He had also phoned a 14-year-old girl witness in a case he was dealing with and asking her to go on a date him.

Judge Francis Sheriden jailed paedophile policeman Mohammed Younas after hearing how he raped a girl who was just seven years old and continued to abuse her for eight years.

He had also turned up to work drunk after consuming a bottle of vodka and was found wandering the streets randomly stopping traffic whilst on duty.

A GROUP of men filmed themselves as they abused a drunk 15-year-old schoolgirl for their own sexual gratification, a court heard.

The girl was taken to three different houses in Dewsbury, where she was raped and sexually assaulted by six men during the course of one evening in May 2010, Leeds Crown Court heard.

Video clips showing the naked teenager being indecently touched by some of the men were shown to the jury during the opening of the trial.

Mohammed Ali Rehman, 26 and Hasan Rehman, 18, both of Tanhouse Street, Ravensthorpe, Saqib Hussain, 31, of Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury, Faisar Younas, 23, of Textile Street, Dewsbury, Wahid Hussain, 19, of Broomer Street, Ravensthorpe, and Larasab Hussain, 45, of Headfield Road, Savile Town, are charged with a number of sexual offences.

Mohammed Ali Rehman, Hasan Rehman, Younas and Larasab Hussain are all in custody.

Wahid Hussain and Saqib Hussain are remanded on bail.

Sharon Beattie, prosecuting, told the court the video recovered on one of the men’s mobile phone showed “part of a series of sexual assaults on the complainant”.

“She is seen to be distressed and naked while being abused both physically and verbally by Ali Rehman and others,” Miss Beattie said.

Police have issued an image of a man they want to speak to as part of an ongoing investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rochdale.

Muhammed Shahzad, 39, of Jepheys Street, Rochdale, was arrested on suspicion of rape on 1 April this year and absconded while on police bail on 16 June.

Since then police have made a large number of inquiries, which have now been exhausted, so officers took the decision to issue Muhammed Shahzad’s picture.

It is believed he could now be in Rochdale, Oldham, elsewhere in the North West or even further afield.

Detective Inspector Mike Sanderson, who is leading the investigation, said: “We have released a photograph of Muhammed Shahzad in an effort to help trace him.

"He was arrested in connection with an extremely serious offence so it is vitally important you call us if you know where Muhammed is.

"If you see this man please call the police or walk into your nearest police station."

Anyone with information of Muhammed Shahzad's whereabouts is asked to called the Major Incident Team on 0161 856 1731 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111

A teenage girl was found hanged after a blunder by her barrister caused the collapse of the rape trial of a man who abused her from the age of 13.

Prosecutor David Jones breached strict legal guidelines on witness contact when he discussed the case of 16-year-old karate star Dana Baker with her at his house.

As a result, the trial of her coach Jaspal Riat, 48, was scrapped. Mr Jones resigned from the Bar soon afterwards.

Later Dana, who represented Great Britain in karate, hanged herself after making a cry for help on Facebook, pleading: ‘Lying here, trying to figure out what the hell I’m gonna do.’

Full details of Dana’s death are expected to be revealed when an inquest is resumed later this month.

But six months after she died, video testimony she had recorded meant the trial could be resumed at Gloucester Crown Court in September, and Riat was jailed for eight years.

A Nottingham man who worked at a school has been jailed for raping a 13-year-old girl.

Mikhail Mohammad, 45, of Radford, was sentenced to 10 years for rape and nine months for fraud for failing to disclose a previous conviction.

Nottingham Crown Court heard Mohammad befriended the girl, her mother and sister before taking her back to his flat and raping her in November 2010.

He denied raping the teenager but pleaded guilty to the fraud charge.
Abuse of trust

Referring to Mohammad's original conviction for indecent assault on a girl in 1991, Judge Jonathan Teare said: "That conviction prohibited you from obtaining work with children, especially at an educational college."

Judge Teare added, in the meantime, Mohammad had changed his name for "perfectly legitimate reasons" and no "sinister" motive, then got a job at a school in Nottingham where his victim was a pupil.

"You were friendly with her mother and sister and, as a result, you had told her that you wanted her to go to your flat because you wanted to giver her something," said Judge Teare.

"You took her back to your house and there in your bedroom you raped her. The courts well know that victims such as this may suffer for years as a result of what has been done to them and some may never recover from such an attack," he said.

In mitigation, Mohammad's solicitor, Jonathan Dee, told the court Mohammad had not changed his name so he could work with children and had worked with adults for several years before getting the job at the school.

Sentencing Mohammad, Judge Teare said: "The abuse of trust was gross."

Mohammad was also given a Sexual Offence Prevention Order, disqualified from working with children for life and was placed on the sex offenders' register for life.

Two men who picked a 15-year-old girl up from outside Manchester care home and raped her have been jailed.

Hussnain Ahmed, and Omar Ali, both from Longsight, were found guilty of rape and jailed for 11 years each at Manchester Crown Court.

The 24-year-olds, seeing the girl was drunk, persuaded her to get into their car on 28 June last year.

They drove her to a spot in Alderley Edge and raped her, before dropping her off some distance from the home.

She walked back and told staff she felt unwell and the home called police.

Before she was attacked, Ahmed, of Duncan Road, and Ali, of Sunnybank Road, took her mobile phone from her.
'Lies spun'

Several days later, the girl saw Ali and he gave her the phone back. His and Ahmed's numbers were stored in it.

She gave it to the investigating officer Det Sgt Adam Cronshaw, who called the pair and told them to come to Longsight Police Station, where they were arrested.

Forensic tests showed DNA evidence consistent with both of them raping her.

They claimed she consented to having sex.

Det Sgt Cronshaw said: "Not only did Ali and Ahmed rape a defenceless young girl, but it is clear they exploited the fact she was from a care home, intoxicated and vulnerable.

"I hope this case demonstrates that Greater Manchester Police takes the issues of rape and sexual exploitation of children extremely seriously.

"Just because a child does not live with their parents, it does not mean no-one cares and it does not mean they should be subject to the sort of sexual exploitation by the likes of Ali and Ahmed just for their own gratification.

"I am absolutely delighted that the jury saw through the lies they spun and convicted them of rape."

Police and social services have been accused of fuelling a culture of silence which has allowed hundreds of young white girls to be exploited by Asian men for sex.

Agencies have identified a long-term pattern of offending by gangs of men, predominantly from the British Pakistani community, who have befriended and abused hundreds of vulnerable girls aged 11 to 16.

Experts claim the statistics represent a mere fraction of a 'tidal wave' of offending in counties across the Midlands and the north of England which has been going on for more than a decade.
On-street grooming: CCTV footage shows Mohammed Romaan Liaqat and Abid Mohammed Saddique, who were jailed last year for a string of sexual offences in Derby, cruising the streets in a BMW

On-street grooming: CCTV footage shows Mohammed Romaan Liaqat and Abid Mohammed Saddique, who were jailed last year for a string of sexual offences in Derby, cruising the streets in a BMW

A senior officer at West Mercia police has called for an end to the 'damaging taboo' connecting on-street grooming with race.

Detective Chief Inspector Alan Edwards said: 'These girls are being passed around and used as meat.

Asian gangs, schoolgirls and a sinister taboo: As nine men are jailed for grooming up to 100 for sex, the disturbing trend few dare talk about

'To stop this type of crime you need to start everyone talking about it but everyone's been too scared to address the ethnicity factor.

'No one wants to stand up and say that Pakistani guys in some parts of the country are recruiting young white girls and passing them around their relatives for sex, but we need to stop being worried about the racial complication.'

In a briefing paper, researchers at University College London's Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science concurred that victims were typically white girls while 'most central offenders are Pakistani'.

The offenders were not viewed as paedophiles but had picked the girls 'because of their malleability'.

The report concluded that 'race is a delicate issue' that should be 'handled sensitively but not brushed under the carpet'.

Guilty: Married fathers Mohammed Liaqat (left) and Abid Saddique who were jailed at Leicester Crown Court at the end of last year in one most notorious incidents of grooming young girls

The grooming usually begins with older groups of men befriending girls aged from 11 to 16 they meet on the street.

In a typical scenario, the victim is initially treated as a girlfriend and showered with presents and attention.

But the relationship quickly becomes more sinister as the abuser plies the child with drink and drugs before effectively pimping her out to friends and associates.

The worst cases involve young girls being moved around the country to be repeatedly abused.

Charities and agencies working in conjunction with the police to help victims of sexual abuse in such cases have publicly denied there is a link between ethnicity and the on-street grooming of young girls by gangs and pimps.

But researchers identified 17 court prosecutions since 1997, 14 of them in the past three years, involving the on-street grooming of girls aged 11 to 16 by groups of men.

The victims came from 13 towns and cities and in each case two or more men were convicted of offences.

In total, 56 people, with an average age of 28, were found guilty of crimes including rape, child abduction, indecent assault and sex with a child.

Three of the 56 were white, 53 were Asian. Of those, 50 were Muslim and a majority were members of the British Pakistani community.

Those convicted allegedly represent only a small proportion of what one detective called a ‘tidal wave’ of offending in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the Midlands.

The claims come after five Asian men were jailed in November for a total of 32 years for a string of sexual offences against girls aged between 12 and 16 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The presiding judge Peter Kelson QC, told the men they were ‘sexual predators’, adding: ‘You had what you regarded as your fun. Now you will take your punishment.

'All five of you were *convicted of sexual activity with a child. The clue is in the title: a child.’

Weeks earlier, nine Asian men were jailed for the 'sustained sexual abuse' of a privately-educated schoolgirl who was forced into sex slavery aged 14 after being picked up by a gang in Rochdale, greater Manchester.

Mohammed Shafiq, director of the Lancashire-based Ramadhan Foundation, a charity working for peaceful harmony between different communities, said last year: ‘I think the police are overcautious because they are afraid of being branded racist.

'These men are criminals and should be treated as criminals — whatever their race.’

Former Labour MP Ann Cryer provoked a fierce in 2003 when she said the traditional culture of arranged marriages could have caused a criminal minority of Asian men to target vulnerable young white girls for sex.

The cases of on-street grooming in the UK have borne comparison with incidents in the Netherlands involving young white girl being groomed for prostitution by Moroccan pimps, known as 'loverboys'.

A tri-nation study in Utrecht in 2005 and 2006 involving Barnardo's saw a Dutch women's group attack the 'double moral standards' of offenders who 'guard the chastity of their sisters, but... use other girls for their loverboy practices'.

A project in Blackburn has been established to confront the issue while a report by the Derby safeguarding children board in the wake of the arrests last year said there should be greater consideration of 'whether the ethnic background and culture of the perpetrators had any bearing on their decision to take part in this activity'.

Preston Crown Court heard how the girl and a friend were given alcohol at an Indian restaurant before being taken to an attic and assaulted. One victim was abused by four men.

Police have never found any trace of Charlene and two men were acquitted of her murder after a jury failed to reach verdicts.

AUGUST 2007: BLACKBURN VICTIMS PASSED ROUND ABUSERS' FAMILIES

A police inquiry into grooming of girls as young as 12 eventually led to the conviction of Zulfqar Hussain, 46, and Qaiser Naveed, 32.

NOVEMBER 2010: THE DERBY CASE

In one of the most notorious incidents of street grooming to date, nine men were convicted of abusing young girls.

Abid Siddique, 27, Mohammed Liaqat, 28, Mohamed Imran Rehman, 26, Faisal Mehmood, 24, Akshay Kumar, 38, Naweed Liaqat, 33, Farooq Ahmed, 29, Graham Blackham, 26 and Ziafat Yasin, 31, were jailed for their parts in the shocking case.

More than 100 police officers were involved in Operation Retriever, which identified 27 victims, 22 of whom were white.

Siddique and Liaqat targeted their victims on the streets of Derby while driving in a BMW.

They then exchanged number, invited them to parties and fed them drugs and alcohol before handing them to older men for sex.

The abuse, which took place in bushes, cars and houses was filmed for ther men to share.

Three men who raped a 16-year-old girl as the attack was photographed on a mobile phone have been sent to a young offenders institute.

Bolton Crown Court heard the victim went to an address in Rochdale after receiving a phone call in May 2008.

She drank whisky and was then raped by the men as she became incapacitated.

Ajmal Afridi, 19, of Boundary Street, Imtiaz Syed, 20, of Ellesmere Street, and Tayyab Hussain, 19, of Henry Street, all Rochdale, admitted rape.

Afridi was sentenced to six years in a young offenders institute. He raped the girl twice and sexually assaulted her.

Syed received the same sentence after he admitted one count of rape and one of incident assault.

Hussain, who has learning difficulties, was ordered to spend three years in a young offenders institute after he pleaded guilty to one count of rape.

The girl's frantic mother called her daughter's phone only for it to be answered by the men with the faint sound of her voice in the background, the court heard.

Judge William Morris said there was no evidence to suggest the girl was forced to drink the alcohol or that she was lured to the house.

In a statement, the girl said: "I feel violated, my self-esteem is low. This has had a devastating effect on my family."

The men's legal representatives said all three regretted their actions.

Speaking after the case, Det Con Charles Stewart, of Greater Manchester Police, said: "These three animals have subjected the victim to the most appalling and demeaning crime."

Two other defendants, Mustafa Arshad, 17, and Mohammed Usman Raja, 21, were sentenced in October for their part in the attack.

Arshad admitted taking two photos of the abuse on his mobile phone and aiding and abetting sexual assault.

He was sentenced to eight months in a young offenders institute.

Raja was sentenced to six months in a young offenders institute after he pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice by providing a false alibi for Syed.

A Pakistani paedophile who abducted and sexually abused two young girls cannot be deported back to his native country because it would breach his human rights, it emerged today.

Zulfar Hussain, 48, was due to be sent home when he is released from prison halfway through his sentence for plying two vulnerable girls with drugs and alcohol before having sex with them.

But there was fury today when it was revealed that he had won an appeal against his deportation on the grounds that he has a wife and child here, meaning it would breach his right to enjoy respect for his family life.

Justice Secretary Jack Straw - in whose constituency some of the abuse took place - today backed a new bid to kick Hussain out, while a campaigner for the deportation of foreign criminals branded the decision to let him stay 'appalling'.

Hussain and his friend and fellow Pakistani national Qaiser Naveed, 34, groomed two 15-year-old girls for sex over a period of months in his adopted home town of Blackburn, Lancashire.

The teenagers, who were in care, were plied with alcohol and Ecstasy pills, and on one occasion Naveed had sex with one on the back seat of his BMW while the second girl remained in the front with Hussain.

A young woman lured two white teenage girls to be raped by three Asian men with the promise of a night out.

Stephanie Knight, then 17, told the pair they were going clubbing but instead plied them with vodka and drugs before forcing them to have sex with ‘her boys’.

After persuading them into her car she was heard to say ‘got them’ over her mobile phone as they travelled to a derelict house.

The two 16-year-old victims were then subjected to an appalling ordeal in which both were threatened and subjected to vile sex attacks.

The case is the latest featuring Asian sex attackers who preyed on vulnerable young white girls. A damning report published recently revealed one in four men accused of street grooming young girls for sex is Asian.

Politicians and police have repeatedly clashed over how best to tackle what some suspect is a potentially incendiary hidden crime wave.

Jack Straw, former home secretary, has accused some Pakistani men in Britain of seeing white girls as ‘easy meat’ for sexual abuse.

Knight, now aged 19, sobbed as she was convicted of conspiracy to rape at Burnley Crown Court yesterday.

At the time she was in council care and had taken the victims to a supermarket car park where they drank vodka and coke and smoked drugs in December 2009.

One girl later said she was ‘feeling smashed’ and the other said that on a scale of one to ten of drunkenness she rated a ten.

They were then taken to a dark and empty terraced house in Accrington, Lancashire, with no electricity where one of the attackers once lived.

Knight threatened one girl and ordered her to perform a sex act on one man before holding her back as the other girl screamed for help as she was raped nearby.

As the screaming continued, she told the girl her friend would suffer even more if she did not comply and said ‘she is chilling with my boys’.

The second girl was pulled into a number of rooms by the men who took turns to rape her throughout the night. One man used a wardrobe to barricade her inside.

Both girls were then raped again as one of the men, whose partner was due to give birth at the time, drove them home to Blackburn. He threatened them with a knife.

Three men, brothers Amjad Hussain, 34, and Shahid Hussain, 37, and their cousin father-of-four Tanveer Butt, 39, were all convicted of rape.

The victims had only known Knight for a week and had not met any of their attackers before, the court heard.

Knight, who has been in care since the age of 11, first met Amjad Hussain when he pulled up in his car beside her six months earlier and asked for her number.

They went on to have a sexual relationship and Knight, who said she fell in love with him, also performed sex acts on his brother and cousin.

Following the arrest of the defendants, one of the victims was asked by police what she knew of Knight. She replied: ‘She hangs around with a load of Asian lads.’

Knight had been left traumatised after witnessing a man being kicked to death three months earlier.

Friends said Asian men would lavish her with attention, pay for her meals and take her for rides in their cars.

One source said she was ‘plasticine in their hands’ and had been living on the streets and sofas for six months before the rapes.

The Hussain brothers, who argued the sex was consensual, shouted that they were innocent as they were led from the dock on their conviction.

Judge Beverley Lunt warned the men they will receive ‘long prison sentences’.

The report into street grooming was ordered after the ring-leaders of a Derby gang, which subjected a string of vulnerable girls to sex attacks, were jailed earlier this year.

Several police forces have investigations currently going on into gangs suspected of abusing young girls.

It found 2,379 offenders are suspected of attempting to lure vulnerable victims, often using drugs and alcohol, over the past three years.

A disproportionate 28 per cent of them were found to be Asian, in those cases where ethnicity was recorded. The ethnic group makes up just 6 per cent of the UK population.

In the Derby case, a gang of nine men cruised the streets of the town, picking victims who they plied with vodka and cocaine before attacking them.

Children’s Minister Tim Loughton has suggested that closed Asian communities have turned a blind eye to child sex grooming by gangs of men.

He said criminals had escaped detection because of attitudes within their communities as well as political correctness and racial sensitivities of the authorities.

In January, Mr Straw urged the Pakistani community to think about the problem of young men targeting vulnerable young white girls.

He said: ‘These young men are fizzing and popping with testosterone, they want some outlet for that, but Pakistani-heritage girls are off limits and they are expected to marry a Pakistani girl from Pakistan, typically.

‘So they seek other avenues and see these young women, white girls who are vulnerable, some of them in care, who they think are easy meat.’

The Government will publish an action plan in the autumn, detailing how it will respond to concerns about child sexual exploitation.

Amjad Hussain, of Accrington, Shahid Hussain, of Rochdale, and Butt, of Rochdale, were all convicted of rape and other sexual offences. They and Knight will all be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on September 2.

A fast-food shop worker has been jailed for four years for sexually abusing 18 girls in Greater Manchester.

Iranian national Homayon Narouzzad admitted 25 offences of sexual activity with a child at an earlier hearing.

The victims were aged between 12 and 15, and the offences committed while he worked at a takeaway shop in Bury between April 2010 and February 2011.

The 34-year-old, from Whitefield, was jailed for four years at Bolton Crown Court with eight more years on licence.

Narouzzad lived in a flat above the Family Guy takeaway.

The court heard that after befriending one girl he asked her to invite other schoolgirls to his address so he could carry out the abuse.
'Corrupting effect'

He paid the girls between £10 and £50, and bribed them with food and cigarettes.

The court heard some of the girls had been left psychologically scarred by the abuse.

One girl said she wanted to kill herself while another said she constantly washed herself because she felt "dirty".

Judge Maureen Roddy said during the sentencing: "Each of them has suffered significant psychological harm that is far more difficult to treat and cure than physical scars.

"The innocence of those victims was destroyed by your actions, you had a corrupting effect on them, paid them for their services."

Narouzzad came to the UK in 2000 seeking political asylum from Iran. He had no previous convictions and was granted leave to remain in the UK.
'Bad dreams'

He was arrested on 4 March 2011 after one girl told her mother about the abuse.

A police search at his address revealed a large number of CDs and magazines relating to a sexual interest in feet.

Officers traced the girls involved, with one aged 15, three aged 12 and the rest either 13 or 14.

The statement of one 13-year-old victim said: "Since this happened I feel down a lot and get very angry towards friends and family.

"Sometimes I wish I was dead. I have horrible things in my head, I have bad dreams, nightmares."

Iain Simkin, mitigating, said it was an "extraordinary case" as Narouzzad had not used force on the girls and there was no penetrative sex or touching above the ankles.
'Selfish crimes'

The court heard the defendant had blamed the victims and down-played his role during questioning by probation officers.

But in a letter to the judge, Narouzzad said: "Can I express my sincere apologies and remorse to the victims and their families for my selfish crimes?

"I am truly ashamed of myself."

Det Insp Jane Little, of Greater Manchester Police, said: "Narouzzad abused his position to prey on young and vulnerable girls.

"He reeled them in by offering them free food for friendship before progressing things further by offering cash for sexual favours.

"As in other similar cases, some of Narouzzad's victims did not recognise that they were being exploited and sometimes confused exploitation with genuine affection."

Some names same as those convicted recently at Liverpool - it's unclear whether they are the same men in a different case or just have the same names.

Two more men have been arrested in connection with a child sex ring in Rochdale.

The men, both 33, were held last week on suspicion of rape and sexual assault before being bailed.

It follows the jailing of nine men, eight of Pakistani origin and one Afghan, earlier this month for a total of 77 years for organising a child sex-ring in the town.

The gang were found guilty of offences including rape and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child after Liverpool Crown Court heard that they'd exploited girls as young as 13.

The court was told the group plied their victims with drink and drugs and 'passed them around' for sex.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: ‘Two men have been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rochdale, which led to the jailing of nine men.

‘Both men, aged 33, from the Rochdale area were arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and rape.

‘They have now been released on bail pending further inquiries.’

Police also arrested nine men, aged 24 to 38, last week after a second child grooming case was uncovered in the town.

The men, also from Rochdale, are thought to be from Asian and Afro-Caribbean backgrounds and were arrested and bailed on suspicion of sexually abusing the same girl over a six-year period.

They are not thought to know one another or those convicted in the previous case.

But the alleged victim is understood to be one of 47 girls questioned by police in relation to the original investigation into child sexual exploitation in the town.

The trial of the nine men sparked debate about the issue of groups of Asian men exploiting young white girls for sex.

Jailing the gang, judge Gerald Clifton said the gang had preyed on the teenage girls because 'they were not of your community or religion.'

But Peter Fahy, Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, dismissed the judge's comments saying the men's had targeted their victims because they were vulnerable not because they were white.

Quote:
A white teenage mother was brutally murdered by her Asian boyfriend for bringing shame on his family after the authorities missed numerous opportunities to shield her from harm, a review has found.

Laura Wilson, 17, who has been described as Britain’s first known white honour killing victim, was killed by Ashtiaq Asghar after she told his relatives about their affair.

She may have been subjected to sexual grooming by British Pakistani men from her early teens, and when she was 16 became pregnant by Asghar’s friend, Ishaq Hussain.

Miss Wilson was “almost invisible” to some support services and there were “numerous missed opportunities” to protect her and her four-month-old daughter, a serious case review concluded.

The report highlighted areas of “considerable concern” but found her murder could not have been prevented by the agencies involved.

Asghar was told he would serve at least 17-and-a-half years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to murdering Miss Wilson in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, in October 2010.

He killed the teenager just days after she revealed her affairs with him and Mr Hussain to their families.

Asghar lured her to a secluded canal and stabbed her repeatedly in the head with a knife before leaving her dying in the water.

Miss Wilson’s mother, Margaret, said earlier this year: “I honestly think it was an honour killing for putting shame on the family. They needed to shut Laura up and they did.”

The serious case review, published today, detailed the teenager’s short but troubled life, during which she was involved with 15 different services supposed to protect and support her.

She was placed on the child protection register aged 11, suffered bullying, and was sent to a special school after being diagnosed with learning difficulties.

The report said the authorities appeared to lack knowledge about sexual grooming and its perpetrators.

It concluded: "Few services actually saw, observed and heard (Miss Wilson) as the highly vulnerable child she was and whom society had a responsibility to protect.”

Professor Pat Cantrill, the review’s author, condemned the reluctance of the authorities involved to step in to protect the teenager.

"There was a consistently high threshold before concern triggered action, and my view is that the attitude of the professional culture was, overall, too tolerant,” she said.

The expert said the case exposed problems nationwide with protecting vulnerable young adults and a lack of understanding about their needs.

Rotherham Safeguarding Children's Board said it had already acted on many of the report’s recommendations to ensure lessons were learned from the tragedy.

Alan Hazell, the board’s chairman, said: "There is no suggestion that anyone could have saved (Miss Wilson) from what ultimately happened to her but clearly her care could have been improved.

"There were chances for those agencies to be more proactive in how they dealt with the case and all agencies involved accept that and apologise that the standards of service were not as high as they should have been.”

Ah, it's the fault of the authorities. Not the murderer, the authorities.

Police want to trace a vehicle whose occupants are believed to have been involved in a sex offence.

Detectives are appealing for information about the occupants of the car, seen outside Asda, in Manor Lane, Shipley. Police said it is believed there were six people in the red Peugeot car – five Asian males and one Afro-Caribbean female – which was parked outside the store at about 5.30pm on Wednesday, April 4.

The woman was slim, about 5ft 7ins tall and wearing a tan leather jacket, grey hooded sweatshirt with a yellow heart on the front and blue jeans.

Two of the males were more than 5ft 7ins tall. One had marks on his face and was wearing a grey Adidas tracksuit and Nike Air Max trainers. The other had a “baby face” with balding hair, a body-builder physique and was wearing baggy dark blue ripped jeans and a grey or green vest top.

One person has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail. Anyone with any information can call Det Con Suzanna Jones at Eccleshill Police Station on 101.

It appears Pakistani grooming of white kids isn't just a problem in the UK:

The reporter at the end of the video clip quoted the defence plea of one of the Pakistani rapists. The 'Muslim' said he did it because of his Islamic cultural belief system. Because white girls were mainly seen as promiscuous by Muslims and so deserved to be raped. This seems to be a common theme as I have heard this said many times before by various people reporting on this issue.

However, the fact is sex outside of marriage is strictly forbidden in Islam. Sex with prostitutes and masturbation is also strictly forbidden. Furthermore, Muslims must remain virgins until they marry. A Muslim cannot have a sexual relationship with a woman unless he is married to her. If a Muslim does any of the above, he is committing a grave sin. Punishable by Islamic Sharia law.

The problem is racial and not the Islamic religion. The attacks on white girls are racially motivated, not religiously motivated. The Pakistanis use religion as an excuse to condone their behaviour. But Islam strictly forbids such behaviour.

They deserve everything coming to them, and more. The majority of Pakistanis are sewer rats. With a few exceptions.
