Default "We DO monitor Andy Choudhury" says the Met. "We DO"

Quote:

Scotland Yard is “constantly assessing” whether the comments of a radical cleric who claimed to know Woolwich suspect Michael Adebolajo are breaking the law, a senior Met officer told MPs today.

But after addressing the Commons home affairs select committee, assistant commissioner Cressida Dick warned that “so-called preachers of hate” are often familiar with the law.

Her comments came amid reports that Choudary has made controversial remarks about the murder of father-of-one Drummer Lee Rigby near Woolwich barracks.

The former spokesman for the now-banned Islamist group Islam4UK, who admitted knowing one of the men charged with the soldier’s murder, is also understood to be receiving police protection outside his east London home.

Committee chair Keith Vaz asked Ms Dick if the Met was providing protection to Choudary, to which she replied: “We constantly risk-assess what’s going on around a number of different people who have high profiles in the media.

“In the case of somebody like Mr Choudary, we are constantly assessing, of course, whether any of his proclamations are breaking the criminal law and working with the CPS to ensure that if he is breaking the criminal law we know about it very swiftly.”

She added that if officers fear someone’s “life is at risk or indeed that there’s going to be a major disorder around them”, then they may put a police presence in place.

Her evidence comes after two men - 28-year-old Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, 22 - appeared in separate courts yesterday charged with Drummer Rigby’s murder.

Ms Dick told the committee that at its peak the Woolwich investigation had 600 officers employed directly, including 100 from its national counter-terrorism network.

Officers have searched 17 addresses and six cars, she added.

Is that in the same way as they monitored the Mad Michaels or what?

And is that finally an admittance that they protect him? We already know they got relocated after the Britain First mob called him names on the internet, but I mean apart from that.

Default "IED" another muslim hater terrorist Choudary group launches *yawn*

Quote:
Hate preacher Anjem Choudary is backing a new Muslim group accused of using its name to ridicule British soldiers killed in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Islamic Emergency Defence is already being shortened to IED, which also stands for the Improvised Explosive Devices used to kill or maim soldiers abroad.

Anjem Choudary, who said Drummer Lee Rigby 'will burn in hellfire' after he was executed on a Woolwich street a month ago, has an advisory role with the group.

The new organisation says it has been set up to stop 'violent hooligans willing to inflict large scale carnage on innocent Muslims'.

They have also set up an emergency hotline for Muslims to call them instead of the police so incidents can be 'dealt with in a swift and Islamic manner'.

Their website adds: 'Our aim is to build a national network of Muslim volunteers who are ready and able to protect and defend any Muslim from verbal and physical abuse.

'Muslims should not be afraid to protect themselves or their brothers and sisters from acts of violence or hooliganism, because it is totally rational, sensible and above all: Islamic'.

Critics have called Islamic Emergency Defence a vigilante group and said its name was inflammatory, but their members say its bomb-linked initials are a 'pure coincidence'.

'This is mocking Servicemen killed by IEDs. It shows their warped state of mind,' Former Scotland Yard terrorism expert John O'Connor told The Sun.

Website: The Islamic Emergency Defence group encourages Muslims to call their hotline instead of police when they are attacked

Choudary tweeted 'good news' of the website's launch

He then used Twitter to say the new body was defending Muslims
He then urged the Muslim community to back the group

But Choudary has used Twitter to urge people to join up and use the group as he announced the 'Good news with the launch', adding it had 'risen to the challenge'.

Defending its task forces he added: 'People can look at it as a vigilante group but to protect and defend yourself is not illegal'.

But politicians have today stepped in to criticise.

'What is hoped to be achieved by this except offence and tension?' Shadow justice secretary Sadiq Khan said.

Labour MP Rushanara Ali added: 'When groups encourage people to take the law into their own hands it needs to be stopped.'
The Home Office has said the group is 'under review'.

"...to protect and defend yourself isn't illegal"...unless your White. Cunt! When dealing with these creatures I always think, "better to be tried by 12, than carried by 6"

Default Ginger gets six weeks jail.

Jordan Horner: Teenage white Muslim convert who wants Sharia law jailed for assault

Quote:

A white Muslim convert who vowed to bring Sharia law to the UK has been jailed for six weeks for beating up a photographer.

Jordan Horner, who changed his name to *Jamal Uddin, also laid into a car, causing £3,000 of damage.

Horner, 19, had earlier said he *believed Osama bin Laden was a hero who had gone to heaven and that British *soldiers should burn in hell.

He converted after being approached leaving a pub and was later seen putting up posters across East *London “banning” alcohol.

Speaking of his previous life and friends he said: “I don’t talk to any of them now.

"I have deleted their numbers from my phone and want nothing to do with them.

“As Muslims you can’t integrate with non-believers because their way of life is completely opposite - I would rather give up my friends and family than give up on Allah.

“Why would I miss people who choose to live in such an evil way with no respect? I just feel sadness for them.”

“A year ago I was doing what teenagers do - living a bad lifestyle, drinking, smoking, seeing girls. I was getting into trouble with the police.

“Then one evening, I met a brother who said there was another path I could take in life.

"When I spoke to him he had all the answers to the problems in my life and all my concerns."

He was jailed for criminal damage and assault over the attack in Walthamstow, East London, after a hearing at Newham Magistrates *Court.

A large dose of racism in that report.
They have identified the great ginger one as white even though it has nothing to do with the story.
Totally in breach of NUJ guide lines.
I wonder if the NUJ will be reporting the sister paper of searchlight to the police.

What is it with ginger haired people turning to islam? Are they bullied by their peers and then think they've found friendship or something?

Yes, the colour is not relevant to this story.

If it had been a brown skinned muslim, the Mirror would not even have mentioned it.

Muslims can be very welcoming when they think there's a chance one will convert, later, if one does not, they'll chill you out and become unfriendly.

So you could be very much 'spot on'.

The more I think about it, the more I think there could be something in it. Many of the converts I've seen or heard about are ginger and of course there's a long tradition of bullying ginger kids. For some reason, this isn't given the same priority in schools as bullying of immigrant kids is and many comedians still see ginger hair as fair game. I remember we had a geography teacher who thought it hilarious to call the ginger kid Duracell and Rusty and so on. They should make tackling the bullying of gingers a priority - but of course, they're white, so they won't.

Royal Mail worker with links to radical Muslim preacher jailed for terror guides

Quote:
Royal Mail worker Mohammed Benares had terror guides showing how to make a bomb and detonator and how to handle an AK47 gun.

A man from Birmingham with links to radical Muslim preacher Anjem Choudary has been jailed for two years for terrorism offences.

Royal Mail worker Mohammed Benares, 45, had terror guides showing how to make a bomb and detonator and how to handle an AK47 gun.

Benares, who also had links with another radical preacher, Abu Izzadeen, downloaded the terror material from the internet and stored it on three external hard drives.

The documents included online al Qaida magazine Inspire and step-by-step instructions on how to make a bomb 'In the kitchen of your mom' using readily available ingredients.

The court heard that Benares had attended a demonstration organised by the Muslims Against Crusades group in central London on September 11, 2011 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Choudary, Izzadeen and Benares all attended the march and analysis of the defendant's mobile phone found text messages between him and the two radical preachers.

Benares had claimed he was not an extremist, that his interest in the material found by police was just curiosity and that he wanted to understand both moderate and extreme Islam so that he could use the information to counter arguments about extremism.

But sentencing him at Southwark Crown Court, judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith told him: "Your presence on that march and text messages paint a very different picture.

"They point to you being in fact a fellow traveller with those who had more extreme views and one who is security aware.

"I do not accept that you had a merely fleeting interest in radical Islam or that you downloaded that material out of idle curiosity."

Wearing a dark suit and tie with a white shirt, Benares, of Saltley, looked unmoved as his sentence was read out.

Tanveer Qureshi, for the defence, said in his client's mitigation: "This was a misjudgment on his part and a misjudgment which he is going to pay for in a fundamental way."

Police arrested Benares at the three-bedroom terraced house where he lived with his wife in March 2012. His laptop, mobile telephone and three hard drives were seized and later checked.

The material gathered by officers included a document called 39 Ways to Serve and Participate in Jihad.

He was convicted of three counts of possessing a record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism following a week-long trial last month.

Prosecutor Adina Ezekiel had previously told the court Choudary was "a spokesman and prominent figure" of an organisation called Al Ghurabaa, which was banned in July 2006.

Choudary was also leader of Al Muhajiroun, of which Al Ghurabaa is a splinter group. Al Muhajiroun was proscribed as a terrorist organisation in January 2010.

Abu Izzadeen, who was born Trevor Brooks, was an Al Ghurabaa spokesman, the court heard.

Wearing a dark suit and tie with a white shirt, Strange how they will wear western clothing when they think it will get them a lighter sentence.

Yes I was thinking the same thing!

That is at least three of Choudary's crew that have been sent down in the last few months. Maybe he has been put under police protection not from the EDL, BNP, NF, ect ect.

But could it be from his own gang?

Six that I know of. The original ginger and his two mates, this guy and two of the Birmingham charity jihad collectors.

Not forgetting one of the killers of Lee Rigby but obviously his actual arrest was nothing to do with our pal Andy.

Remember the police escort his family got to a nice new home as well, after the British Freedom mob claimed they were going to perform a citizen's arrest on him?

So Bev do you think Gerry has got it right all along and Andy is grassing up his cronies to save his own skin.

Don't forget he is a qualified lawyer and knows British law inside out.

EDIT: Not Gerry I mean Choudary .....

I've always suspected Andy is a state asset.

From this:

to this:

There's plenty more photos of him in un-islamic situations - alcohol, cannabis etc.

One of his bodyguards screams copper.

The one behind him with the mini-Christopher Lee hairstyle - he's on the right as you look at the photo. andy (VNN's andy, not Choudary) is also convinced that the long haired one on the left of the pic is a copper. There's a whole thread about it here with some pretty convincing evidence.

I don't know if he's grassing or not but it wouldn't surprise me to find out that he is. He never seems to get lifted himself and there's always plenty of OB around to escort him. He sets up these groups - Muslims against Crusades and so on - they get monitored burning poppies and UK/US flags then get banned. They give it a week then pop up under a new name.

Didn't they make up a "Wanted - Dead or Alive" poster with Prince Harry's photo on it? Why they never got tugged for that, I don't know. The DM says it was a video but I'm sure there was a poster or crosshairs or something as well.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...xtremists.html

Same with the Royal Wedding. They were tugging in women that were known to be obsessed with Prince William but when MAC threatened to disrupt the wedding, not a peep.

I am 99.99999% sure Choudary is MI5. Even Andy thinks he is!!! And you know what he is like.
