A British jihadi who fled to Syria and joined ISIS while on bail for attacking a man with a pen has threatened MPs and servicemen in a string of sinister tweets.

Abu Rahin Aziz, a former office worker from Luton, incited fellow extremists to carry out attack on the West using guns, bombs or even by throwing stones.

He also insulted the memory of Alan Henning, the British aid worker murdered by ISIS, saying that he would ‘burn in hell’ because he was not a Muslim.

Aziz, 33, who tweets under the name ‘Abu Adbullah Britani’, is an associate of hate cleric Anjem Choudary who was once a member of radical group ‘Muslims Against Crusaders’.

Last year he was sentenced to 36 weeks in jail for stabbing a football fan with a pen – but by the time the case came to court, he had already skipped bail and travelled to Syria to fight with other jihadists.

He boasted on Twitter that he ‘stabbed a kafir in the back of a head with a pen in London for insulting the propher Mohammed’.

This week, he returned to the social network to incite violence from jihadis who are still living in the West.

‘Muslims in the West given instructions to strike the enemies of Islam and Muslims within their own countries,’ Aziz wrote. ‘Wonder who will strike first?

‘Could it be UK first to be attacked? They’ve attacked us with jets killing scores, plus they have many Muslims in prison as war on Islam.

‘Maybe sit and wait outside TA offices? Maybe some other interests, maybe an MP. Hmm interesting. UK can blame foreign policy.’

A spokesman for the House of Commons said that MPs are routinely given advice on how to protect themselves against threats.

In another message, Aziz wrote: ‘A call upon Muslims in Europe to carry out attacks whether by explosive devices, bullets, car, rocks or even stones.’

A separate tweet sent yesterday made a reference to Mr Henning, who was beheaded by the executioner known as ‘Jihadi John’ in October last year.

‘All kufar [non-Muslims] even if they were good i.e. Alan Henning, Mother Theresa will burn in hell because they died upon disbelief,’ Aziz wrote.

He has previously shared photographs of himself holding up an AK-47 in front of a Syrian landscape, and pictures of other high-profile jihadis.

Aziz also frequently posts links to news stories about ISIS on British websites, while yesterday he wrote an account of a bombing raid on a nearby building – claiming that he is protected from the US-led bombardment because he is living in a building with no windows.

The whereabouts of his wife and two children is not currently known.

Google has come under fire after bringing up an image of radical cleric Anjem Choudary as the top result under a search for ‘Muslim’.

An image of the hate preacher appears next to a Wikipedia entry giving the definition of a Muslim as a “person who follows the religion of Islam”.

Choudary is widely condemned by mainstream UK Muslims and was arrested in September as part of an investigation into Islamist terrorism, but was later bailed.

It appears the mishap occurs because Google takes information from third party websites.

A Muslim convert who planned to behead a soldier had been radicalised by Britain’s most notorious hate preacher just weeks before, it can be revealed today.

Brustholm Ziamani, 19, fell under the spell of cleric Anjem Choudary and his followers last April and became obsessed with the killers of Fusilier Lee Rigby.

Months after joining the preacher’s banned terror group al-Muhajiroun (ALM), he underwent a dramatic transformation that culminated in him wandering the streets looking for a serviceman to execute in a Woolwich-style killing.

As Ziamani was yesterday found guilty of arming himself with a hammer and a 12-inch knife for the copycat attack, the UK’s most senior counter terrorism officer said the case illustrated how quickly disaffected young Britons could be radicalised.

Police and MI5 consider the plot to be one of the most serious to have threatened the UK since the escalation of the Syrian conflict.

Detectives were so concerned at the speed of his radicalisation that after his first arrest in June Scotland Yard launched the biggest counter-terrorism surveillance operation since the murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby in Woolwich, dedicating 40 officers full time to keep tabs on him.

Known to his friends as Bruce, Ziamani was raised a devout Jehovah’s Witness by his Congolese parents, who took him door-to-door preaching and forced him to read the Bible daily.

But he rebelled against his strict upbringing, leaving school with no qualifications to join a gang involved in robberies, drug dealing and procuring prostitutes.

Within two weeks of meeting Choudary’s mob at Camberwell Mosque, he was writing on Facebook: ‘Sharia law is on its way. On our streets we will implement it.’

Overnight, he converted to radical Islam, tucking his ankle-length robes underneath his clothes and stashing copies of the Koran at his girlfriend’s house to keep his beliefs hidden from his parents.

Soon after, Ziamani left the family home in Camberwell and slept at the mosque before moving in with a member of the ALM group–who mentored him at secret meetings in the basement of a halal sweet shop.

When detectives first arrested Ziamani in June they discovered a letter in which he pledged to behead British soldiers.

Incredibly, Scotland Yard decided to release him on bail when he denied planning any attack.

And despite close monitoring, Ziamani managed to buy a hammer.

He was arrested again in Whitechapel, east London, on August 19 carrying a rucksack with weapons wrapped in an Islamic flag–hoping to emulate his ‘heroes’, Woolwich killers Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale.

Ziamani’s ex-girlfriend yesterday recalled how the ‘kind, affectionate’ teenager she loved changed within weeks.

The 17-year-old said he tried to convert her–showing her video tutorials on how to tie a hijab and looked up Muslim baby names.

She added: ‘It was almost laughable–the night I first met him I was wearing a short dress and heels.’

As Ziamani was warned he faced a substantial jail sentence at the Old Bailey, Choudary said his protege ‘didn’t stand a chance’ because the jury was ‘biased’.

Britain’s top counter-terrorism officer, Commander Richard Walton, said: ‘Ziamani was an impressionable young man who became radicalised then rapidly developed an extremist, violent mindset.’

A cannabis-smoking supporter of hate preacher Anjem Choudary has walked free from court after grooming a 15-year-old schoolgirl on Facebook.

Mansoor Miah sent explicit photographs to the schoolgirl before inviting her to a hotel to have sex with him.

The 22-year-old from Kilburn, north west London, even filmed himself in sordid trysts and sent them to the youngster who was using her Nintendo DS to access Facebook.

He was spared jail after a court heard how Miah, who has shared several of Choudary's fundamentalist tweets, struck up an online conversation about the Koran.

When she told him she was uninterested in religion Miah, who worked in Tesco, carried on their conversations which turned to a sexual nature despite the girl having told him how old she was.

He was handed a suspended sentence of 16 months at Southward Crown Court today.

Earlier the court heard how he began speaking to the girl about Islam but soon forced the conversation in a sexual direction.

'Having talked about Islam, undeterred, Mr Miah began to chat the complainant up,' prosecutor Stephen Requena said.

'Having talked about Islam he proceeds to chat her up, having established her real age.

'He praises her physical appearance and asks if she has a boyfriend.'

The court heard how he sent her explicit photographs of himself, urging her to do the same before performing a sex act in front of her on webcam.

He was arrested last year after one of the girl's teachers told her mother of their plans to meet in a Premier Inn in Kent.

'The mother, it seems, was scared and felt her daughter was in danger when this was discovered.

'She describes her daughter as not that mature, which leaves her vulnerable,' added Mr Requena.

The youngster was said to have had her laptop confiscated after engaging in explicit conversations with men on social media before meeting Miah.

In a statement provided by her mother she was described as 'shy' and and 'uncomfortable' with new people.

Despite admitting to knowing the girl was underage, Miah claimed that he did not target her, adding: 'She looks 20.'

'He didn’t seek her out, he befriended her because she was a friend of a friend, not because she looks young, she looks 20,' said hi barrister Edward Jones said.

'This was a young man confused about religious beliefs, smoking cannabis to significant degree. He has now sought to reform himself.

'He made a catastrophic error of judgement which he said would not be repeated.'

Sentencing, Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith said while the defendant had planned 'some sort of sexual activity', he was not a 'predatory paedophile'.

'You have not repeated this offence, so there is no evidence you are a predatory paedophile of the type I’m afraid we often see in this court, and the fact you didn't try again allows me to accept you were remorseful for your behaviour months before the police intervened.

'A suspended sentence is appropriate.

'A prison sentence to mark the seriousness of what you did, and a course of treatment to ensure it doesn't happen again and to protect young girls.'

The judge added that if the pair had met up at the hotel or if Miah had approached another girl his sentence would have been more severe.

'The victim was just 15 and was young for her age, her mother said she was vulnerable and not streetwise.

'You had no sexual experience. You were feeling depressed and isolated, you were smoking cannabis.

'I accept you were immature for your age and once these conversations were finished you did not talk to other girls.'

He also praised him for being 'helpful' to the police, who described him as a 'different person' from the one who had committed the offences.

Miah was also put on the sex offenders register and made the subject of a sexual offences prevention order. .

The 22-year-old, who worked as a sales assistant at Tesco in Brent Cross, also sent lewd photographs to the youngster and pleasured himself while talking to the teen.

However, Southwark Crown Court heard the schoolgirl had a history of exchanging explicit images with men on Facebook and had had her laptop confiscated by her mother before she started talking to Miah on her DS.

Miah retweeted several messages from Choudary including one just three days before his arrest on June 25 last year, which begins: ‘Which Muslim wouldn’t want to live in the Khilafah, ie Islamic ruling system…’.

However, Miah never met Choudary, merely following him on Twitter.

Today judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith sentenced Miah to 16 months in jail suspended for two years as well as a two year treatment programme.

He described him as an “immature” young man whose crime was a “one off”.

He said: “The prison sentence marks the seriousness of what you did. The course of treatment ensures it will not happen again and protects other young girls.

“The victim was just 15 and was young for her age, her mother said she was vulnerable and not streetwise.

“She had previously taken part in sexual chat with men online and her mother took away her Facebook access.

“She set up another Facebook account on her brother’s Nintendo DS under a false name and claimed to be living in LA.

Hate preacher Anjem Choudary has been invited to speak at the Oxford Union despite being on police bail on suspicion of being a member of a banned terror group.

The notorious rabble rouser received his invitation from the debating society a day before Home Secretary Theresa May announced a crackdown on Islamic extremists.

The letter said it would be a ‘great privilege’ to have Choudary appear as the star guest.

Choudary, who once said that Woolwich terror victim Fusilier Lee Rigby would ‘burn in hellfire’, was even offered a choice of days on which to attend the debate entitled: This house believes that radicalism is born at home.

Britain’s most notorious hate preacher proudly showed off his invitation after launching a hate-filled rant against Western society outside the Houses of Parliament yesterday.

He said: ‘I am still on police bail after being arrested by Scotland Yard in September last year.

‘But the police can’t stop me from speaking. They can’t stop me from going to the Oxford Union where I’ve been invited to speak.’

He was one of nine men held in a series of co-ordinated dawn raids by counter terrorism police in September last year.

All the men were held on suspicion of being a member of, or backing a banned terrorist group and supporting terrorism.

The alleged offences, which come under two counter- terrorism acts, carry a maximum penalty of seven years’ imprisonment.

Choudary, 47, was arrested at an unknown location after fleeing his home in the middle of the night in the wake of threats from far-Right groups.

Just hours before he was held, he posted a burst of nine inflammatory messages on Twitter, branding US bombing raids in Syria as a ‘rallying call for Muslims’ and labelling the actions of Western governments in Muslim countries as ‘terrorism’.

Since then he has remained on bail and must next attend a police station at the end of April when police can either charge him, release him or extend his bail.

Choudary, who founded the radical Islamic group Al-Muhajiroun 20 years ago which was later banned, is seen as a recruiting sergeant for Britain’s radical Muslims.

He has played a cynical cat-and-mouse game with British authorities and has been careful to keep his incendiary speeches on the right side of Britain’s hate law.

Worryingly, he has warned that jailing him will give him access to a new, captive congregation to radicalise inside prison.

The Oxford Union is famous for its normally high-minded debates, in which Britain’s academic elite and their often very distinguished guests discuss the key issues of our time.

Speaking after a Home Office banning order, the preacher said: ‘If they arrest me and put me in prison, I will carry on in prison. I’ll radicalise everyone in prison.’

Despite this, the Oxford Union are willing to invite him to take part in a debate alongside impressionable young undergraduates.

The invitation also flies in the face of the numerous studies highlighting the problem of radicalisation at some of Britain’s universities.

Yesterday Choudary launched a tirade of venom at the British establishment after Mrs May said the Home Office is drawing up a blacklist of extremist individuals and organisations with whom the government and public sector should not engage.

He said the David Cameron and Mrs May have committed more atrocities than members of Islamic State.

Choudary also said he would be happy to travel to Syria to live with the terror group if the police gave him his passport back.

‘I believe people should be allowed to travel where they want to and go to ISIS controlled territory to live under Sharia law,’ he said.

‘I would love to travel to Syria and take my wife and children with me, not to commit terrorism but to live under Sharia law. I had my passport taken away from me in September. If you give me a passport, I will go.

‘In Britain women who don’t have their basic needs fulfilled are having to prostitute themselves. Elderly people are having to choose between food and heating their houses. In ISIS territories they are given food and water and have gas.’

He said that was only a matter of time before Sharia law is enshrined in the British constitution.

‘There is nothing anyone can do to prevent it,’ Choudary said. ‘A few years ago the government said if you don’t want to live by our laws then you can go. If you stop people leaving and take away their passports they have no choice but to bring Sharia law here. It is better to let them go.

‘Communism is dead, capitalism is dying, Islam is the future. Islam is the fastest growing religion. I have no doubt that one day the whole of the world will be governed by Sharia and the flag of Islam will fly over Big Ben, when justice prevails.’

The Union is famous for its normally high-minded debates, in which Britain’s academic elite and their often very distinguished guests discuss the key issues of our time.

One of the Union’s most notorious debates came in 1933 – when Adolf Hitler was beginning his rise to power – and was anything but light-hearted.

Undergraduates passed the controversial motion, ‘This house would not in any circumstances fight for King and country’.

It was criticised at the time by Winston Churchill as ‘abject, squalid and shameless’. Last night it declined to comment on Choudary’s invitation.
