I'm sorry that Sly got hurt. Something similar (or even worse?) happened to him when he was filming The Expendables:

You guys know that Dolph Lindgren had a sexual affair with negress Grace Jones right? Some of these Hollytewood types aren't the best role models . Although I did like the scene where Drago beats loudmouth Creed to death. I would love to see a movie where that happened to Samuel Hell Jackson another nigger loudmouth. Although he is eaten by a mutant shark in themovie Deep Blue Sea. I liked the movie Rocky Balboa that Stallone made when he was 60 though I heard he had was using a lot of steroids at the time which is not good idea for a guy that age.

I will give both Lundgren and Stallone credit for staying in top condition in middle age. I know that Stallone is now 73 and still has these rigorous weightlifting workouts and he posts some online.
I think that is a problem with men over 50 is that they don't exercise nearly enough. But also the av erage American over 55 spends over 6 hours a day watching tv. These same people claim they don't have time to exercise or read books. I read Stallone's book called Sly Moves where he talks about his gym workouts and he says it is not as hard as it seems if you have a good plan and stick to it.
I may get that movie that Lundgren made called Pentathlon. I guess it about the modern pentathlon in the Olympics. I think that event was originally intended to be a military event and George Patton competed in the event in 1912 Olympics and placed 5th. I

Dolph Lundgren should have gotten together with fellow Swede Brigitte Neilsen who played Drago's wife Ludmilla in the movie. Think of the beautiful children they could have had. Stallone was married to her briefly in the late 80s, I think. Later, I heard she was with some negro (c)rap "artist." Rather disappointing.
